| The development of China’s economy and urbanization have advanced by leaps and bounds in recent decades.The demand for steel in production and life has continued to increase.The increase in demand has resulted in a large demand for smelting metal fuels.On the one hand,the original raw coking technology and coking equipment could not meet the social output requirements.On the other hand,with the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the environmental protection requirements for coke-making equipment have increased,and both of these have comprehensively promoted the development of large-scale coke ovens.The energy consumption of large-scale coke ovens is lower than that of small-scale coke ovens and the product quality is stable.Therefore,it gradually replaces small coke ovens.Large-scale coke ovens can be divided into top-loading coke ovens and tamping coke ovens by means of coal loading.Top-mounted coke ovens are widely used in the domestic coke oven equipment.In the coal coking process,coal loading is the first process of coking.The quality of coking is directly affected by the qualification of coal loading process.The top coal loading of the 7-meter coke oven is a combination of the coal hopper and the horizontal screw distributor,it can achieve the weight and density of the coal material required for coal coking.However,in the actual production process of coal loading,coal hopper plugging or incomplete blanking is often occurring,and the phenomenon of blockage in the horizontal spiral cloth machine which will affect the coking process.In this paper,the aim at the addition of coal hoppers and horizontal screw distributors in a 7-meter coal charging system for top-loaded coke ovens.From the perspective of anti-blocking,establishing the relationship between coal friction angle,coal bunker inclination angle,coal scuttle cross section and internal friction coefficient of coal scuttle,provide the theoretical calculation of coal scuttle design.At the same time,the discrete element method(EDEM)is used to studythe spiral internal coal in the horizontal spiral distributor machine.The position of horizontal screw distributor is determined through simulation,and the method of improving the efficiency of spiral distributor is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for solving the actual production problems. |
