With the growing demand for packaging printing and advertising printing,post-press processing has become another hot spot in the printing industry.Personalized printing and on-demand printing are the trend of today,and the cutting equipment is also moving towards the direction of personalized cutting.At present,the research and production of large-scale automatic cutting equipment in China have been relatively complete,the slitting speed and quality have been greatly improved,and the research on small-sized cutting equipment is relatively rare.The small cutting equipment has the advantages of low cost,small space,and simple operation,so it is widely favored by the market and the demand is increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to design a compact cutting device with a simple structure,easy operation,and individualized cutting to meet market demands.The small cutting equipment has a short transmission path,how to correct the deviation and control the tension under the premise of guaranteeing the cutting accuracy is the research focus of the small cutting equipment.This project is aimed at the actual engineering projects entrusted by enterprises,and takes the small cutting equipment as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on the deviation and tension control problems that affect the cutting accuracy,and proposes a small-scale cutting equipment rectification program and tension control program,and completed a reasonable layout design.The main research content is as follows:First of all,determine the automatic cutting machine function module plan and overall plan.According to the functional requirements,the overall function of the automatic cutting machine is obtained through functional principle analysis.Then the design of the smallest functional units,such as racks,paper handling systems,cutting systems,sensing control systems,and power systems,will be developed,and then determine the overall program layout and lay the foundation for institutional design.Then,complete the structural design of the functional module.Based on the overall requirements of the automatic cutting machine,the structure design is carried out to realize the three main processes of unwinding,pulling and cutting.Focusing on this project,the improved convex roller,sensor-controlled pressure roller and cutter follow-up method were used to correct the deviation,and the corrective structure innovation in the traction process was achieved.A spring-loaded floating tension roller was designed,and a damper was added to the reel to ensure the tension requirement and shock absorption requirements,and the roller set was rationally laid out.Through the use of modular knife sets,disc cutting mode to improve the cutting accuracy,easy to adjust the knife;through the integration of the various functional modules,complete the whole structure design,and use of three-dimensional modeling to get the final structure of the equipment.Finally,the power system design and component selection were completed.Based on the drive route and installation layout requirements of the automatic cutting machine,calculate the relevant parameters of the drive motor and mechanical transmission components,so as to select the appropriate model,and then through the verification and assembly,determine the final transmission method.
