This paper is dedicated to research of even annealing units running deviation,mainly for the annealing unit running deviation cause analysis,through to the incoming plate type in the unit running the force analysis of roller surface,plate type cause of running deviation are obtained.By way of conveyor roller conveyor(active or passive),roller,roller installation precision under the condition of steel strip running deviation force analysis,draw a conveyor roller in passive or active state,how should roll shape design,roll how to install,can more effectively prevent the strip running deviation.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of rectifying system are analyzed by introducing the principle of automatic rectifying system.Combined with the advantages of a new type of mechanical free rectifying device.It is concluded that silicon steel joint units with automatic correction system and new mechanical free combination of rectifying device,to improve the annealing correction ability of the unit,ensure its stable running at a high speed.
