Research On Finishing Process And Wearing Characteristics Of Organic Cotton Men's Shirt Fabric

Organic cotton fabric is a type of new green cotton fabric.Organic cotton products in Europe and the United States market are popular,while Chinese organic cotton products are lack of technical content and still in relatively early stages of product processing.The shortcoming severely limit the application and promotion of organic cotton products.Therefore,the study on finishing process and wearing characteristics of organic cotton men's shirt fabric is of great significance to the development and application of organic cotton products in enterprises.The paper is based on the actual needs of enterprises,after exploring the similarities and differences of the wearing characters of the 20 S,40S and 50 S organic cotton and cotton men's shirt fabrics with same yarn specification,the paper explores the finishing process to improve the wearing characters of 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric by taking the 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric with the poor wearing characters.First,the paper obtains the date of the 10 wearing characters,and uses the independent sample test analysis of the SPSS data analysis software to analyze the 10 wearing characters and determines the yarn specification of the organic fabric which used in the finishing experiment explores.Secondly,to take the 20 S organic cotton shirt fabric with the poor wearing characters for example,the paper explores the finishing reagents which can improve its the mechanical properties,and uses the paired sample test analysis of the SPSS data analysis software to analyze the wearing characters of 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric after the different finishing reagents finished and determines the finishing reagent.Finally,combining with the strength reagent 501,the paper explores the differences of the wearing characters of 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric after different dipping times and drying temperature,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method to evaluate the wearing characters comprehensively,and formulates the finishing technical path according the comprehensive evaluation result.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The research on organic cotton and cotton men's shirt fabricThe wrinkle-resistance,the pilling resistance,the drape,the air permeability,the warmth retention and the moisture permeability of organic cotton and cotton men's shirt fabric with same yarn specification do not have significant difference;the tensile strength,the tear strength,the bursting properties and the abrasion resistance of organic cotton and cotton men's shirt fabric with same yarn specification do have significant differences.And the the mechanical properties of the20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric is worse than others,especially,the tensile strength and warp tearing strength have just surpassed the strength standard line of woven fabrics,therefore,it is necessary to seek effective finishing and other solutions to improve the mechanical properties of cotton fabrics.(2)The research on the finishing chemical reagents to improve the mechanical properties of organic cotton and men's shirt fabricThe strength finishing(strength reagent 501),softness finishing(softener LY-A)and catalytic finishing(catalyst NAOH)improve the mechanical properties of the 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric in varying degrees,and the strength finishing has the most influence.The strength finishing(strength reagent 501),softness finishing(softener LY-A)and catalytic finishing(catalyst NAOH)effect the appearance retention and heat and wet-comfortable properties of the 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric in varying degrees,reduce or improve the wrinkle-resistance,the pilling resistance,the drape,the air permeability,the warmth retention and the moisture permeability.The strength finishing(strength reagent 501),softness finishing(softener LY-A)and catalytic finishing(catalyst NAOH)enhance the mechanical properties,both maintain the appearance retention and heat and wet-comfortable properties of the 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric.And on average,the wearing characters of of the 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric after the strength finishing(strength reagent 501)are better than others.(3)The research on the finishing procedures to improve the mechanical properties of organic cotton and men's shirt fabricThe best finishing technology path for improving the mechanical properties effectively and keeping other wearing characteristics of 20 S organic cotton men's shirt fabric is the concentration of 5% strength agent 501 + 2 dip rolling + 190?
