Comprehensive Evaluation Of Water Environment And Economic Status In Zhujiang District

In order to make a comprehensive evaluation of the water environment and economic status of the Zhujiang district,this article abides by the "environment-economy-society"balance law,and guided by environmental economic theory,hydrology theory,and basin economics theory,and draws on DPSIRM(Driving—Pressure—State—Impact—Response—Management)Conceptual framework establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for water environment and economic conditions,collects data for 2016,and applies the projection pursuit model optimized by accelerating genetic algorithms to make water environment and economics in the Zhujiang district.The overall evaluation of the state and the conclusion of the comprehensive evaluation are:(1)The top three variables of the comprehensive evaluation are ranked as follows:the water consumption per million yuan of GDP,the investment of "three wastes" treatment,and the industrial added value.(2)The overall ranking of the evaluation system is:drive system,pressure system,influence system,response system,state system,and management system.(3)The provincial rankings of the comprehensive evaluation are:Guangdong Province,Fujian Province,Sichuan Province,Hunan Province,Jiangxi Province,Hainan Province,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province.Based on the above characteristics,the following suggestions are recommended:(1)The coordinated development of the water environment and economy,the contradiction between the unlimited demand for economic development and the limited nature of water resources have always existed,and the water consumption and water pollution problems that have brought pressure to the ecological development of the water supply environment should be attached great importance.(2)To optimize policies in various aspects,the policy plan for the coordinated development of water environment and economy must comprehensively consider the driving force system and pressure system,and consider the impact system and response system with emphasis on the status system and the management system.In the driving force system,we should pay attention to the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the Zhujiang district and support the development of high-tech industries.In the pressure system,we should pay attention to the pressure of water consumption in agriculture and rationally develop agriculture.(3)Each province should learn from each other,Guangdong Province should maintain the coordination of the water environment and economic conditions,improve the status of the water environment;Fujian Province needs to optimize the industrial structure model,expand the new green economy;Yunnan Province should use good state of the water environment,bold Expand new business formats and guide the market toward diversification.
