Waterborne Polyurethane?WPU?is a diamine-based polyurethane with water as the dispersion medium,it is not only non-toxic,easy to burn,no pollution,energy saving,easy to modify,etc.,but also has a solvent-based polyurethane low temperature,bonding strength and other properties,however,the water resistance,solvent resistance and chemical resistance of waterborne polyurethane are not as good as solvent type.With the development of environmental policy in the country,people began to become more and more aware of environmental protection.However,in terms of mechanical properties and water absorption,waterborne polyurethane is still lacking,therefore,the researchers studied waterborne polyurethane in this regard,the addition of nano materials,the waterborne polyurethane was improved in mechanical properties,water absorption and so on.This paper is the study of nano-materials?nano-SiC,nano-TiO2?surface treatment and surface treatment of nano-materials?nano-SiC,nano-TiO2?and waterborne polyurethane composite performance,and the composite materials are elemental analysis,morphology,structure,resist heat,mechanical and other aspects of characterization.The research contents of this paper are as follows:?1?The waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared by using Toluene diisocyanate?TDI?and polyethylene glycol 2000?PPG2000?as the raw material.And characterized by FT-IR,check whether isocyanate group reacted completely.The waterborne polyurethane was prepared by different DMPA content and R value,the optimal content of DMPA is 4% and the R value is 4,the stability and water absorption test of emulsion.?2?Silane coupling agent?KH-550?was used to treat the surface of nano-SiC,and KH-550 was grafted onto nano-SiC.Nano-SiC/ waterborne polyurethane composites were prepared by physical mixing method.The properties were characterized by FT-IR?XRD?SEM.By TG were measured on the heat resistance of the composites,tested the elongation and tensile strength of composites by mechanical test.The experiments show that the composite heat resistance temperature reaches 590?,the composites were better than nano-SiC and waterborne polyurethane composites and waterborne polyurethane.?3?Silane coupling agent?KH-550?was used to treat the surface of nano-TiO2,and the KH-550 grafted onto nano-TiO2,then surface treated nano-TiO2/graphene?RGO?composite materials were prepared by hydrothermal method with surface treatment of nano-TiO2 and RGO.Surface treatment of nano-TiO2/RGO/WPU composites were preparation by physical mixing method.Through FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TEM,Raman,XPS,EDS,BET,UV-vis and UV visible light analysis of the composite for material characterization.The experiments show that Wsurface treated nano-TiO2/RGO=8%,the photodegradation rate of methyl orange solution was 91.01% by90 min.The composites heat resistant were characterized by TG,the water resistance of the composites was tested by water resistance tests.W surface treatment of nano-TiO2/RGO/WPU=8%,the water absorption is the lowest.
