Fructus cannabis oil is a kind of high nutrition oil which rich in unsaturated fatty acids.It is extracted from fructus cannabis which has 3000 years of use history of medicine and food.It has the effect of lowering blood pressure,blood lipid,anti-inflammatory,anti-aging and improving memory.At present,it is well received by domestic and foreign markets,and has good research value.In this paper,hemp seed as raw material,extraction of hemp seed oil by low temperature continuous phase transition extraction method,evaluation of hempseed oil physical and chemical index.According to the characteristics of easy oil oxidation and rancidity,studied the tec hnology of micro capsule on hemp seed oil and quality evaluation.The main results are as follows:?1?The results of fructus cannabis seed oil with low temperature extraction of the best technology of continuous transformationThe experimental results show that the fructus cannabis oil content is 31.97%±0.07%.The single factor optimal conditions of fructus cannabis oil extraction test for low temperature continuous phase transition:the particle size is 60 mesh,the extraction pressure was 0.6 Mpa,extraction temperature of 45?,the extraction time is 90 min,the analytical temperature is 70?.Through orthogonal test,it is found that the order of the factors affecting the extraction rate is as follows:Extraction pressure>Extraction time>Extraction temperature>Analytical temperature.According to the results of orthogonal test and verification test,the optimal level of each factor is A₃B₂C₃D₃,that is,the particle size of 60 mesh,extraction pressure of 0.6 Mpa,extraction temperature of 45?,extraction time of 90 min,analytical temperature of 70?.Under the optimum conditions of fructus cannabis oil extraction rate of low temperature continuous transformation rate was 31.37%,the recovery rate reached 98.12%.?2?The quality evaluation results of fructus cannabis oilThe continuous low temperature phase transition extraction of fructus cannabis oil has a unique smell of fructus cannabis oil,yellow with light green,clear and transparent,no visible impurities.The acid value is 7.87 mg/g,the peroxide value is 0.1 g/100g,the iodine value is 152.4g/100g.The types and contents of fatty acids were as follows:linoleic acid?62.14%?,linolenic acid?29.96%?,palmitic acid?7.21%?,stearic acid?2.96%?and so on.?3?The results of fructus cannabis oil microcapsule technologyThrough single factor and orthogonal experiment,obtained the fructus cannabis oil microcapsule embedding rate and influence of technological factors on the size:Number of homogeneous>Core material proportion>The embedding temperature>Homogeneous pressure,parameters of microencapsulation process for the best:the core material proportion 40%,solid content is 45%,the embedding temperature is 50 degrees centigrade,homogenization pressure 60 MPa,4 times the number of homogeneous.Under this condition,the embedding rate was 98.16%.?4?The fructus cannabis oil microcapsule quality evaluation resultsAfter microencapsulation process from fructus cannabis oil microcapsule main quality index results:embedding rate of 98.16%,2.43%moisture content,peroxide value 0.14g/100g,acid value 0.33 mg/g,size 90%by 80 standard sieve.
