With the rapid development of modern and intensive animal farming industry,the environmental pollution caused by it has aroused wide concern.Including air pollution,soil pollution and water pollution,animal husbandry caused more and more pollution problems,in all the farms pollution complaints,the air pollution cases accounted for up to 90%.The purpose of this study is to develop efficient deodorant from the actual situation,and to study the effects of feeding deodorant on animal performance,intestinal odor reduction,provide scientific basis for developing a healthy and environmentally-friendly deodorant.First,the development of covering-type deodorant.By screening the screening method of deodorizing microorganism,and the effect of testing on the optimum design of deodorizing microorganism combination,formula,determine the best dosage,made of deodorant.Second,the development of cover type deodorant.By screening the screening method of deodorizing microorganism,and the effect of testing on the optimum design of deodorizing microorganism combination,formula,determine the best dosage,made of deodorant.Third,feeding deodorant.Add feeding deodorant in livestock diets,through feeding experiment,to study its effect on odor reduction.First of all,pig feeding experiment with 72 healthy dly three Yuan Miscellaneous pigs,were randomly divided into 4 groups.During the test period of 60 days,test,test content,urease activity and fecal odor of ammonia content;the end of each stage,the statistical calculation of the average daily gain,average daily feed intake,feed conversion ratio;test after slaughter,recorded body height,body length,carcass weight,dressing percentage,backfat thickness,eye muscle area.Secondly,the experiment 1480 healthy jute feather broiler chicken were randomly divided into 4 groups.The test period of 60 days,the end of each stage,the statistical calculation of the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio.Results:1)to cover deodorant three strains is the best combination of ammonia and odor removal rates were 99.92% and 94.02%.2)lactic acid bacteria and yeast on odor removal rate of ammonia,the best effect,and the blank group,citric acid group had significant difference(P<0.05).The removal of ammonia and odor rate were 74.3%,43.2%,59.8% and 24%.3)lactic acid bacteria /yeast ratio was 4,and the solute solubility is 10%,and the removal rate of ammonia odor is highest,respectively 93.3%,62.2%.4)diets fed deodorant,urease activity and ammonia content in feces were decreased by 22.34% and 49.89%.At the same time,pig feed meat ratio decreased by 0.06,feed to meat was 0.14 lower than the highest;in hog slaughter index,three experimental groups were significantly higher than that of blank group carcass weight(P<0.05).Conclusions: the best combination of the three strains for the covered type of deodorant,its odor and ammonia removal rate were 99.92%,94.02%.The selection of lactic acid bacteria and yeast was sprayed deodorant material,and its proportion is 4,the solute concentration is 10%,the highest rate of ammonia odor,up to 93.3%.With lactic acid bacteria and yeast and Bacillus subtilis for feeding deodorant,urease activity and ammonia content in feces were decreased by 22.34% and 49.89%,at the same time reduce odor;can improve the production performance of pigs.
