At present the pneumatic marking technology has been widely used in the machinery production line, but most of these machines mainly depend on import. There are also many factories produce these kinds of marking machine, but compared with foreign companies the technology is still behindhand and mostly domestic production of pneumatic marking machine is foreign technology imitation. Pneumatic high-pressure gas bottles for domestic marking machine printing efficiency is not high, single-machine architecture can no longer meet the needs of pneumatic marking the status quo, this paper developed a multi-axis spatial mechanical framework, with defects and contour image processing functions pneumatic high-pressure gas bottle marking machine. Compared with other marking machine, the marking machine has the advantages of high precision, work piece print size large, easy operation, high efficiency and good controllability.In the first chapter, the development situation of mechatronical technology was outlined. Then, the current study status at home and abroad and the research trend of pneumatic marking system were summarized. In addition, the introduction of high-pressure gas bottle pneumatic marking machine was explained, and the primary research contents and the structure of this paper were given.In the second chapter, the characters and the marking principles were introduced, the high-pressure gas bottle pneumatic marking machine of technical indicators was estimated. And in accordance with the basic functions and the technical indicators, a pneumatic marking machine design plan was developed which including hardware, system architecture design, software system architecture design and control system architecture design. And finally the pneumatic marking machine's working process, so as to further study of high-pressure gas bottle pneumatic marking machine laid the foundation for key technologies.In the third chapter, on the basis of the analysis of machine tool parts movement, machine tools supporting the form and marking method, the overall layout of the high-pressure gas bottle pneumatic marking machine was determined. Introduced space-kinematics machine tool concepts, analysis of this topic pneumatic marking machine five-axis CNC machine tools space motion, the foundation for post-processing and a mathematical model for machine tools was settled.In the fourth chapter, according the problems of high-pressure gas bottles in the tag printing process, the image recognition image capture key processes was designed. On the basis of digital image processing methods discussed, respectively, axial CCD image processing system and radial CCD image processing systems are discussed. Axial CCD image processing system in which the overall process, including image smoothing, edge enhancement, image segmentation and image contour extraction and tracking defects. Radial CCD image processing system which include image smoothing, edge enhancement and image processing profile curve.In the fifth chapter, the realization of the marking system software was introduced, and the high-pressure gas bottle pneumatic marking machine and experimental results was introduced. The thesis would be referred to the actual production manufacturing technology.In the sixth chapter, the research results of this subject were summarized, and the future research direction are expected.
