Research On Judgement And Improvement Strategies Of Urban Environmental Quality In Autonomous Urbanized Areas

In recent 30 years,with the high-speed development of urbanization in our country,almost all cities experienced a rapid transformation,the rapid growth of economy and population promote the rapid expansion of urban space,and the material of the city space environment was completely changed by the urban contrustion which was so efficient.However,with the high-speed growth and the fast-changing of cities,the urban environmental quality problems were being criticized more and more.One is the criticism toward those were built rapidly and the inferior quality of its environment,and the other is that good life and high-quality environment become a common pursuit.In recent years,with a series of adjustment of social and economic policy form the government,the urban planning and construction was forced to tramsfrom.The guidance of inventory planning focus on urban environmental quality become the trend of the future,which also become the current hot research.The research on the quality of urban environment has already been studied.From the perspective of research latitude,most of the research focused on the latitude of urban landscape and landscape environment,multiple dimensions,comprehensive and systematic research were wanted.From the perspective of research object,the research were mostly focused on the level of public space and living space and the whole city environment was being studied less.In terms of the research content,many studies were focused on the elements which was part of the city and impact factor of urban environmental quality,the research on the quality measure and evaluation of the urban environment were less.From the perspective of research methods,methods of perceptual cognition and qualitative research were employeed instead of quantitative evaluation.From the research samples,the cities in the "compulsory urbanization" area have been selected,and the research on urban environmental quality of "autonomous urbanization" has not been found.Compared with the "compulsory urbanization" area,the urban environmental quality problem of "autonomous urbanization" is more typical and valuable.In the process of compulsory urbanization,"compulsory urbanization" area were characterized as space broken,area complex,benefits multiple,leading to the particularly prominent situation of urban environment quality problems,and the formation mechanism become more complex.Based on the view of the request of the ages,realistic problems and the research foundation,The urban environmental quality measure index system and the evaluation model construction were employeed as the precondition,the typical city of autonomous urbanization Dongguan was chosen as the sample.Using methods of quantitative analysis to have a latitude,system evaluation towards its urban environmental quality.Firstly,the research combed and summarized related research literature,clearing the definition and connotation of urban environmental quality,thinking that the urban environmental quality is dynamic,multiple and subjective.Then combined with Delphi method,interview method and questionnaire investigation to select elements of urban environmental quality.Safety,health,convenience,comfort and sustainability as examples.On this basis,the model is used to analyse Dongguan`s environmental quality,and the results show that the "autonomous urbanization" areas have some problems which are linked to development concept,mechanism,management methods and talent quality.Combining above analysis,and relevant practical experience at home and abroad for reference.Giving advices from the planning,construction,management and policies in urban environmental quality of "autonomous urbanization" areas.Finally,giving suggestions to Dongguan.The urban environmental quality measurement index system and comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this research will be beneficial supplement to relevant theories.The research on urban environmental quality in "autonomous urbanization" will be beneficial to research samples.However,Dongguan has strong typicality and demonstration,which are of great significance for the research and practice of other "autonomous urbanization" areas.
