The drying process is a key step in the production of latex gloves.After the latex gloves pass through the drying oven,the surface treatment solution and additives of the latex gloves are dried.The temperature is a key factor which can affecting the drying effect of the latex gloves,and the drying effect of the latex gloves may have a great impact on the final quality of the latex gloves.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to realize the constant temperature control of the drying box of latex gloves.Not only can it improve the quality of latex gloves,but also reduce the scrap rate and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises' benefit.This article takes the thermostatic control system of the latex glove drying box as the researching object,using the finite element analysis,the computer technology,the temperature detection and the temperature control technology,the configuration technology,has carried on the design and the research to the thermostatic control system of the latex glove drying box.Based on the current domestic temperature control system technology,some problems in the temperature control system of the latex glove drying box has been researched.Because the size of the oven is too large,its length is 72 meters,the width is 1.2 meters,and the height is 1.2 meters.Combined with the temperature control capability and process requirements,the oven is divided into 6 Control areas of 12 meters,1.2 meters wide and 1.2 meters high.First of all,the size and material selection of the heating pipe in the temperature control zone were performed.The temperature field distribution of the pipe was obtained through ANSYS temperature field simulation test.Because the air inlet and outlet in the temperature control zone are greatly influenced by the external air flow,the temperature monitoring zone is selected in the middle of the temperature control zone,and the middle zone is selected for ANSYS temperature field analysis and fluid field analysis.The temperature of the oven top in the middle zone is obtained.Field simulation results and fluid field results in the middle of the oven determine the specific location of the temperature monitoring point.Combined with modern intelligent control theory,a new temperature control strategy is proposed.In the constant temperature oven temperature control process,the use of temperature detection technology to read the real-time temperature,using PID temperature control strategy to control the temperature of the constant temperature oven to ensure that the oven temperature is constant.The oven thermostatic control system includes temperature control and real-time monitoring.The S7-1200?SM1231 AI and SM1232 AO modules are used to control the constant temperature oven and related auxiliary equipment.The upper computer Kunlun Tongtai configuration screen monitors the relevant parameters of the temperature control process in real time.Combined with the technical requirements of the latex glove drying box,the hardware and software design of the latex glove constant temperature control system was performed.The hardware design mainly includes the selection of controller,upper computer,temperature monitoring device and temperature control equipment.The software design includes the preparation of the TIA temperature control program,the design of the MCGS temperature control configuration,and the communication design between the devices.And the temperature control system was debugged in the existing environment of the laboratory,and achieved a satisfactory temperature control effect.Through the study of the thermostatic control system of the latex glove oven,the precise thermostatic control system of the of the latex glove oven is finally completed.
