In the modern industrial system,all fields can not be separated from the pipeline,such as the urban water supply heating system,the pipeline in the energy transportation,the gas pipeline,the transportation pipeline in the chemical production and so on.All these pipes are like the blood vessels all over the body,which inject power for the social economic development engine.The most commonly used material in pipeline is steel,and steel pipes are easy to corrode and damage when they are most prominent in use.Taking the oil field as an example,the direct economic loss caused by oil pipeline breakage in China is more than one hundred million yuan per year.Therefore,strengthening the protection and detection of pipelines and preventing them is of great practical significance for reducing the economic losses caused by such incidents.In particular,it is an important research topic to realize the simple and efficient detection of the pipeline in use,and it is an important research topic to take the corresponding measures to understand the corrosion and breakage of the pipeline in time.So this paper intends to use gamma ray to detect the pipeline damage and design a pipeline flaw detection system,The research content includes:First of all,the type of gamma ray source is determined,and iridium is used as a source of radiation for subsequent research by comparing with the current mainstream X ray detection equipment in the market.Secondly,the key part of the flaw detection system is the key part of the stepper motor model.Finally,the constant torque subdivision drive and the running curve model of the motor are determined.Then,we use mathematical modeling software to emulate the model of motor,and divide the simulation of current output by programming.Finally,research based on the above theory,a STM32 based peripheral hardware circuit of the gamma source control device and the hand-held device is designed,and the software program of the upper computer is written to realize the accurate positioning of the gamma ray pipe flaw detector.
