Industrial cooling circulating water is one of the important means of industrial water saving in the world.In the long-term work and production,the industrial cooling circulatory system inevitably has problems such as scaling,corrosion and microbial growth.The most economical and effective way to deal with such problems is the chemical method,which involves the addition of chemical agents such as scale inhibitors,corrosion inhibitors and fungicides to the industrial cooling circulatory system.The dosage of these agents is small,but their structure and chemical properties are extremely complex.Once the chemicals interact with each other,new chemicals are produced and will have a very harmful effect on organisms and the environment as sewage is discharged into the environment.Through the static simulation experiment,we studied the interaction between oxidized fungicides and commonly used scale inhibitors,the possibility of producing chlorinated organic compounds and the ways and mechanism of chlorinated organic products.The method of iodine content was used to determine the effective chlorine in the mixed samples of scale inhibitor and fungicide.The comparison experiment was conducted with sodium hypochlorite solution;The chloride ions in the system were quantitatively analyzed by ion chromatography and silver turbidimetry.Both methods showed that the content of chlorine ions in the system decreased after the mixing of scale inhibitor and fungicide.By quantitative analysis of the various valence states of chlorine elements in the reaction system,it is concluded that the chlorine elements in the reaction system will exist in the form of organic states.The reaction products of the two additives were analyzed by infrared analysis,and it was found that the c-cl bond was generated at the wavelength of 860nm;The structure of reaction products was further explored by means of HPLC-MS.Research shows: The –CH2–bond(C-H)is easy to break in the structure of Nitrilotrimethylene Triphosphonic Acid,(ATMP),which is combining with chlorine ions in hypochloric acid roots to produce new chlorinated organic compounds: 1-chloro-amino-trimethyl-phosphoric acid;At the same time,amino trimethylene phosphoric acid(ATMP)-OH is also prone to fracture,and the two sodium ions combine to produce new substances: amino trimethyl-disodium phosphate;Or combine five sodium ions to produce a new substance: aminomethylphosphonate.Chlorinated organic compounds have stable structure and long half-life,easy to migrate through the food chain.Because a variety of chlorinated organic compounds have been proven to be toxic to the human body,such as the byproduct trichloromethane produced during the disinfection of tap water.Some organic chlorine has been listed as persistent organic pollutants.This article confirmed the similar disinfection sterilization process also produced a chlorinated organic compounds:1-amino sanya chlorine methyl phosphonic acid,although not yet chemical biological toxicity for further validation of product,but also should cause our attention.To increase the supervision of industrial cooling water drainage,and to continue to develop new green and harmless industrial cooling water additives.
