| In order to save water resourses and improve the circulation rate of cooling water, inhibit the tendency of corrosion and scaling in recirculating water, our research focus on low and medium hardness water, synergies and performance of anti-scaling in inhibitors such as HEDP,PBTCA,HPMA,AMPS,HPAA and Zinc acetate were studied by Static anti-scaling method, further more, anti-scaling compound recipe was obtained. Performance and synergies of corrosion mitigation in HEDP,HPAA and Zinc acetate have been discussed by rotating weight-loss method, which obtained suitable concentration of these inhibitors. Based on aforementioned outcomes, we optimised concentration of components by orthogonal test, meanwhile, complex formula was achieved. Impact of pH and hardness on the perfomance of corrosion and scaling inhibitors was inspected, which has laid a good foundation for engineering application.Research results show that, AMPS has no calcium carbonate scale synergies when composed with HPMA or HEDP. The ternary system composed of HPMA, HEDP, and PBTCA has good anti-scaling synergy. When the ratio between them is 1:1:1 for anti-scaling rate, the best inhibition rate is 98.4%. The ternary system composed of Zinc acetate,HEDP, HPAA has good synergistic effect on inhibition.After optimization of the composite formula,the filtered water stabilizer composition formula as follows: HPAA 30 mg/L, HEDP 20 mg/L, zinc acetate 1.5 mg/L, HPMA 12.5 mg/L, PBTCA 7.5 mg/L, the total concentration is 71.5 mg/L.The corrosion rate of the formula is 0.0731 mm/a ,the anticorrosive rate is 98.03%, the inhibition rate is 96.01% .By the experiment of complex the wastewater of coke plant, we know the maximum volume is 300 mL per liter , that is complex with a ratio of 30%, antiscale rate of 87%,inhibition rate of 90%. |
