| In order to analyze the influence of water content,coal quality index and density on thermal parameters,this dissertation selects coal samples of different quality in multiple places,then industrial analysis of coal quality index and determination experiments of thermal parameters are respectively carried out.Moisture,ash content,volatile and fixed carbon content are tested by industrial analyzer while density is calculated to get fundamental experimental data.The LFA457 laser thermal conductivity tester is used to measure thermal conductivity,thermal diffusivity and specific heat capacity of coal and thermal parameters of soaking samples were determined in three conditions of original,infiltration water and drying.According to experimental data,the law of thermal parameters with single influencing factor is analyzed.Results show that thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity rising with the increase of moisture ash content,fixed carbon and density,and falling with the increase of volatile but specific heat capacity rising with the increase of moisture and volatile,falling with the increase of ash content,fixed carbon and density.The method of mathematical statistics is used to analyze the correlation of coal quality index and density,while high correlation is found.In order to avoid stack and repetition of information,regression calculation process is simplified.The principal component of influencing factors is extracted.And the regression equation between thermal parameter and standardized variables is calculated on the basis of two extraction principal component and the influence degree of various factors is analyzed.Results show that the influence order on thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity is same,and it is followed by density,ash content,volatile,fixed carbon and moisture.The influence order on specific heat capacity is followed by density,ash content,volatile,moisture and fixed carbon. |
