| Compensation system is a necessary condition for the rational organization of production.It is the focus of enterprise’s long-term development.It is an important means of human resource allocation and market competition.Throughout our country state-owned enterprise,has experienced the transformation process from the planned economy to the market economy,its salary system also has the huge change,gradually becomes the state-owned enterprise human resources management the focus of attention.However,due to the huge amount of state-owned enterprises,special status,and subject to the constraints of the administrative system,resulting in poor performance of its pay system reform,resulting in the problem of state-owned enterprises pay system highlights.In this paper,we take the Fuxin coal to natural gas company’s salary system of China Datang corporation as the research object.In the course of the study mainly through questionnaire survey method,descriptive statistics and research on compensation system and employee salary satisfaction degree of Datang Fuxin coal to natural gas company,explain it as the typical features of a large-scale state-owned enterprise group,a wholly owned subsidiary.According to the company staff salary satisfaction survey,to explore the existing in the salary system of company autonomy is insufficient,the salary distribution equalitarianism prominent and remuneration to the lack of appropriate performance appraisal and reference,the poor adaptability of salary system,highlighting the large state-owned enterprise group,a wholly owned subsidiary company salary system existence question.In view of the above problems,combined with the company’s actual,using the related compensation theories,put forward to improve the concept of salary system and path,and on this basis,put forward the implementation of long-term incentive plans to increase the salary incentive effect,and perfect the system of performance appraisal to improve fairness to carry out innovation,employee stock ownership plan etc.countermeasures and suggestions,in order to it is helpful to improve the compensation system of Datang Fuxin coal to natural gas company,to achieve the rational and efficient allocation of human resources,improve the staffs work enthusiasm,enhance the company cohesion and competitiveness,help the company in the market competition continued to develop and grow. |
