The ecological red line is a national-territorial boundary line that has important strategic significance for maintaining national and regional ecological security and sustainable economic and social development and must be strictly managed and maintained.Scientifically demarcating the ecological red line area and constructing and optimizing the national land ecological security pattern are the basic tasks for ecological civilization construction in Xiangcheng District.It is an important measure to effectively strengthen ecological environmental protection and supervision,ensure ecological safety,and promote comprehensive and coordinated economic and social development..In order to ensure that various requirements for ecological protection red line documents are fully implemented and ecologically important areas,important ecosystems,and major species are effectively protected,investigations are conducted on the environmental and ecological protection status of ecological red lines in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou City.,The system shall understand the status of land use within the scope of the red line,the type of pollution sources and the status of source strength,environmental quality,and ecological protection,so as to provide basic data for promoting industrial restructuring,strengthening pollution control,and ecological protection.The survey mainly covers important protected areas in Taihu Lake(Fangcheng District),maintenance areas of clear water passages in Wangyu River(Fangcheng District),important wetlands in Goose Zhendang(Fangcheng City),important wetlands in Wuhu Lake,important wetlands in Yangcheng Lake(phase town),and Hawthorn Yusi Wetland Park,Xitang River(Xiangcheng)Clear Water Channel Maintenance Area and Shengzedang Important Wetland,with a total area of??159.92 square kilometers.Among them,the area of Class I control area is 0.79 square kilometers,and the area of secondary control area is 159.13 square kilometers.The main contents of this round of survey are: 1 current status of land use;2step-by-step and discharge of industrial enterprises;distribution of tourism(supporting services such as tourist attractions,farmhouses,hotels,golf courses,etc.)and sewage;opening and surrounding wetlands,mining,quarrying and other ecological damage status;3 residential population and domestic sewage collection and treatment;4 livestock and poultry,aquaculture and production and sewage;5environmental quality(water environment,soil environment);6 agricultural non-point source pollution survey,Including the situation of crops,fertilizers and pesticides,etc.;7 Biodiversity and historical evolution;8 Existing major ecological problems and potential ecological risks.Through the investigation of this thesis,the following conclusions are drawn: 1During the “Twelfth Five Year Plan” period,the water quality of the lake in the Taihu Lake important conservation area was stable,and the water quality category fluctuates among the surface waters III-V.The main pollutant indicator is total nitrogen and Total phosphorus is in a state of mild eutrophication,and biodiversity is in good condition.The water quality of the maintenance area of Qingshui Pass and the water quality of the Goose Zhendang in the Wangjing River are generally kept in Class III.The main pollutant index is ammonia nitrogen;the water quality of Penghu Lake is generally stable,except for the total Except for phosphorus,all the other indicators reached the standard of surface water III-IV,and the biodiversity was in good condition;the water quality of the lake in the important wetland of Yangcheng Lake had improved,reflecting the pollution of the regional water environment with domestic pollution,agricultural pollution,and food and beverage tertiary pollution.The main features of the Xiangcheng River are that there are no centralized sewage outlets in the Xiangyu River Qingshui Pass,Goose Zhendang,and Lugu Lake.The water quality of the Goose Zhendang and Penghu Lakes is greatly affected by the upstream water,and the foreign input risk is high.2 The land use situation in the surveyed area generally follows the local planning,and there are no behaviors and facilities that are inconsistent with the requirements of the "Suzhou Municipal Ecological Red Line Regional Protection Plan".However,there are still many industrial enterprises with certain ecological risks operating;3 The rate of domestic sewage taken in the surveyed area is relatively high.While ensuring the stable operation of the existing sewage treatment facilities and meeting the discharge standard,the conditions should be encouraged to carry out the project to upgrade the standard and use ecological means to achieve advanced treatment of “denitrification and dephosphorization”.Objectives;4 In the survey area,no large-scale livestock and poultry breeding companies were found.The only few poultry breeding enterprises were small.According to local requirements,all livestock and poultry breeding companies are expected to be removed from the Red Line conservation area by the end of 2016;5 There are several farmhouses separated from each other within theecological red line area.The sewage is mainly treated by independent sewage treatment facilities.The tourist attractions are mainly wetland parks.With the rapid development of tourism in Xiangcheng District,the influx of a large number of tourists can easily lead to solid waste.Problems such as liquidity pollution deserve attention.
