Study On The Management Of Rural Household Waste In Fengan Town, Heyuan City

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision-making arrangement made by the 19 th Party Congress.President Xi Jinping pointed out at the first meeting of the 13 th National People's Congress in March this year that it is necessary to promote the rejuvenation of rural ecology,adhere to green development,strengthen the comprehensive treatment of outstanding environmental problems in rural areas,and solidly implement the three-year improvement of rural human settlement environment.The action plan will improve rural living facilities and create a beautiful home for farmers to live and work in peace and contentment,so that good ecology will become a support point for rural revitalization.Rural garbage management is a public management issue that is closely related to the vital interests of rural residents.It is also a basic project for the construction of a new socialist countryside in China.Heyuan City,as an economically underdeveloped mountainous region in northern Guangdong,has been ranked unsatisfactorily in the third-party assessment of rural garbage collection and transportation work in Guangdong Province for three consecutive years since 2014.Compared with other cities in the Pearl River Delta,rural life garbage in Heyuan City is relatively unsatisfactory.There is still a big gap between management and management levels.Therefore,Heyuan City has always been committed to exploring a rural household waste management path suitable for local conditions.The Fengan Town of Zijin County is the main pilot area for the management of rural household waste,and it has become a demonstration model for provincial-level new rural construction.It has achieved remarkable results in the management of rural household waste.Therefore,this article takes Fengan Town of Heyuan City as a case study.The full text of this article consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background,research purpose and significance of rural household waste management in Fengan Town of Heyuan City,and the research contents and research methods of domestic and foreign research status.The second chapter explains the related concepts and theoretical foundations.Public product theory and new public service theory are the theoretical basis of this study.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of rural household garbage in Fengan Town of Heyuan City.Firstly,the implementation background of domestic waste management in Fengan Town was introduced,followed by a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of rural household waste management in Fengan Town from the aspects of rules and regulations,infrastructure construction,garbage collection and transportation,end processing links,and publicity and education.Anzhen has experience in the management of rural household waste.Chapter 4 finds out the problems and causes of rural household waste management in Fengan Town from the perspective of public goods theory and new public services.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the rural household waste management in Fengan Town.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.This article uses case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,and interview method to analyze the management of rural household garbage in Fengan Town,analyzes the current situation of rural household garbage management in Fengan Town,discusses its existing problems and causes,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Suggest.This article has strong theoretical guidance significance and practical promotion role for the management of rural domestic waste in Heyuan City or other cities.At the same time,it has important practical significance for optimizing the rural human settlement environment,creating a beautiful countryside,and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
