Study On Risk Management Of Light Industry Water Treatment Project

In recent years,with the expansion of the scope of the light industry and the increasing variety of products,the technology and requirements of water treatment in the industry are becoming higher and higher.With the increasing attention of our country to environmental protection and green economy,the light industrial water treatment project is becoming more and more concerned.In the process of engineering construction,project risk management is the key to ensure that the project is successfully completed and completed on time.It is also a dynamic process.By taking a series of effective measures,the impact of various risks on the project can be avoided.However,at present,the project risk management in China is not a small gap with the developed countries in both theoretical research and practical application,especially in the light industrial water treatment project risk management,which leads to the low efficiency of the implementation of the light industrial water treatment project in China.Therefore,based on the theory of project risk management and combining theory with practice,the risk management of light industrial water treatment project is studied by means of literature research,case analysis and expert law.It is believed that the risk management of such projects should be based on risk identification,risk quantitative analysis,risk monitoring and so on,combining the management and coordination of project information.Management synergy is the only way to avoid risks and reduce risks to the project.This paper also provides relevant plans and measures for the risk management of light industrial water treatment projects,and provides some experience for the risk management of such projects.This paper also provides an effective strategy for the coordinated management and risk control of the light industrial water treatment projects,and greatly improves the success rate of the light industrial water treatment projects in China.
