Key Cultivation And Curing Technology For Quality Of Wanyuan Sun-cured Tobacco Production

Wanmao No.3 and Wanmao No.9,major sun-cured tobacco cultivar in wanyuan,sichuan,was experimented to explore the influence of the different cultivation factors and different curing methods on the yield,the output value and the quality.Depending on nitrogen,numbers of leaves,and planting density as variables,design orthogonal test about L9(34),study on optimization of cultivation measures.Take the economic characters and the quality as the center,design test about the different nitrogen,different numbers of leaves and interaction.Take the quality and the safety as the center,design test about different modulation method.Main results showed:No.1 Results showed,the best nitrogen is 14kg/667m2,the best numbers of leaves is 16 pieces/plant,the best planting density is 1100 plants/667m2.In this way,the tobacco leaves' synthetic fuzzy evaluation of chemical composition was 9.07 points,the highest sensory quality was divided into 58.4.The highest content of aroma components was 1581.70?g·g-1,higher than the second aboutl7.87%.Under this condition,the tobacco leaves' TSNAs content was 233.53 ng·g-1,Higher than the lowest about 85.64 ng·g-1,Lower than the highest about 157.67 ng·g-1,the tobacco leaves' safety was relatively good.Single-factor analysis showed that the total content and the quality of aroma components of tobacco fist increased and then decreased with the increased of the nitrogen rate and the planting density.Increased in numbers of leaves,the aroma components was fist increasing and then decreasing,the Sensory quality was increasing.Two-factor interaction analysis indicated that the interaction between remained leaf number and nitrogen rate affected the total content of aroma components most,and at the same time it also has the largest impact on the sensory quality,there is a maximum in the confinement of this test,The optimized cultivation indexes with the total content of aroma components of Wanmao No.9 attained Maximum value were 13.2326 kg/667 m2 of nitrogen rate,1092 plants/667 m2of planting density,18 pieces/plant of remained leaf number.And with the highest sensory quality of Wanmao No.9 attained Maximum value were 13.9226 kg/667 m2 of nitrogen rate,1096 plants/667 m2of planting density,20 pieces/plant of remained leaf number.No.2 Results showed,increased in nitrogen rates and numbers of leaves,the output and yield of Wanmao3 increased,average price and fine or medium tobacco increased first and then decreased.Increased in nitrogen rates,the nitrogen,the nicotine,the nitrate and K content increased significantly,the sugar content decreased significantly.compare medium-nitrogen,high-nitrogen with low-nitrogen,the total nitrogen content increased by 6.1%and 16.5%respectively,the nicotine content increased by 13.3%and 39.0%respectively,the nitrogen-nicotine ratio was declining.the K+content increased by 6.2%and 12.9%respectively,the nitratecontent increased by 9.3%and 19.7%respectively.And the total sugar contented creased by 16.1%and 29.9%.The aroma components content increased significantly,The variation trend of substances in different categories is inconsistent,Various of plastid pigments and phenylalanine conversion and solanone content increased significantly.Increased in numbers of leaves,the sugar and K content increased significantly,nicotine and total nitrogen and nitrate content decreased,the nitrogen-nicotine ratio was rising.The aroma components decreased,but the browning products and solanone content increased significantly.Increased in nitrogen rates or reducing in numbers of leaves,the TSNAs content all increased significantly.Rational nitrogen and foliage enhancement,advantageous to volume of aroma and quality of aroma,improving the sensory quality while ensuring safety.No.3 The results showed that the modulation method has certain influence on the conventional chemical composition and sensory quality of tobacco leaves.By air-curing,the tobacco leaves have low content of total sugar and reducing sugar,and have higher nicotine conversion rate,nornicotine and TSNAs.By folded-sun-curing,the tobacco leaves'TSNAs is significantly decline,the tobacco has better aftertaste and safety.By cable-sun-curing,the tobacco leaves' total of aroma and the important aroma composition content are significantly increased,the aroma quality and sensory quality are better.
