The tower wall anti-corrosive equipment automation is an effective way to solve the problems of safe operation of high-altitude,and the spraying process is one of the most important working procedure,the quality of spraying directly affect the next process quality and operation cost of anti-corrosion.However,there is no effective control and feedback method,resulting in that in the course of using the anti-corrosion equipment arise many negative effects such as poor spraying uniformity,paint waste seriously and so on.So this paper takes a sort of anti-corrosion equipment spraying system as the research object,the hybrid system theory is applied to realize the control of spraying uniformity,intend to solve the drawbacks of artificial anti-corrosion work and get the spraying uniformity of anti-corrosion equipment on the effective control,then promote the application of hybrid system theory in the anti-corrosion engineering field.Through the analysis of the spraying,parameters,select the controllable parameters that affect the spraying uniformity as the continuous input variables of the spraying system control;spraying coverage is chosen as the evaluation parameter of spraying uniformity;select proper distribution model as the reference model of spraying coverage,and use the gray threshold method to achieve the detection of spraying coverage;Based on analysis of the structure and working principle of the anti-corrosion equipment spraying system,obtain the work mode of the spraying system and based on the multi-mode switch to realize the control of spraying uniformity,make use of Stateflow module for modeling analysis of anti-corrosion equipment spraying system of multi-mode switching control system to verify the correctness of the switch model;Based on the theory of fuzzy PID control,the spraying system controller of anti-corrosion equipment is designed,and the system model is constructed by using Simulink module.The validity of the control algorithm is verified by comparing with the conventional PID control system.The simulation result shows that the switch control system of anti-corrosion equipment spraying system based on multi-mode switching control can according to the corresponding input signal to switching the control mode accurately;The spraying system based on the fuzzy PID control can according to the system input and the actual situation of equipment achieve self-adaptive control,given the optimization of control parameters,improve the response speed,reduce the amount of overshoot,and guarantee the stability of the system.
