The equipment of customized production for infant formula milk is a new equipment which hasbeyond the big industuialized and large-scale infant formula milk powder production equipment.Thedevice can be mass production which is tailored for different people and "highly diverse" upscaleinfant formula milk powder.This topic gets rid of the current problem that the formula of baby milkpowder is fixed.That can advance the further development of the formula cause and give a betterguarantee for the healthy growth of infants and young children.The three-dimensional the ingredients library system is the central part of the customizedproduction of infant formula milk powder production systems.And this system’core is the servopositioning technology and database storage technology.That combines the radio frequencyidentification (RFID) technology and the PROFIBUS network communication technology.That alsorealizes the formulation data processing, the precise servo positioning,the identification and theautomatic reclaimer operating functions.At last that equipment can measure specified amount ofmaterial in the tank accurately according to the requirements of the formula specified in theingredients library.This subject make the three-dimensional ingredients library system as the study,and the main contents of:(1)The construction of the ingredients library system database use SQL and WINCC.First ofall,the database import formula.Then the program split data according to specific algorithms andstored in the current ingredients library materials composition.And re-stored in the database isoptimized to generate a new data list of ingredients.This list of ingredients are downloaded to eachunder the intelligent controller to complete the task of reclaimer.(2)We establish the mathematical model and simulation model of the AC servo system.In orderto take full advantage of the characteristics of the AC servo system and high precision andstable,make sure the high-performance servo positioning system,and verified by simulation.(3)The controller which combine the intelligent controller of the servo system modelthree-dimensional design of ingredients library uses a hybrid control strategy combining fuzzy controland PID control.The PID control can improve the speed servo control accuracy and control systems, and the fuzzy control which is based on the deviation of the system returns the standard values of thesystem make the control correct in real time.All of these are to improve the anti-jamming capabilityof the system.And we use the MATLAB software for system simulation to verify the exact reliabilityof the controller.And we make the control strategy for experimental research, the experimental resultsshow that the controller able to fully meet the batching system requirements.
