The Impact Of Opening Up On China's Agricultural Environmental Technology Efficiency

The rapid growth of China's agricultural economy also faces the contradiction of natural resources exhaustion and environmental pollution.Under the dual constraints of resources and environment,China's agricultural development needs not only to coordinate the relationship between input elements and agricultural economic growth,but also to pay attention to the carrying capacity of agricultural environment and the protection of the ecological environment.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:first,it takes the agricultural input and output indicators of 30 provinces in China for 1998-2015 years as the research object,and calculates agricultural environmental technology efficiency in every province by the super efficiency DEA method.After that it analyzes the trend of efficiency in the national level and compare that in the three regions.Secondly,it summarizes the overall situation and regional differences of China's agricultural opening to the outside world,and analyzes the theoretical mechanism as well as environmental effects of opening to the outside world on agricultural technology efficiency.Thirdly,by using the the multilevel statistical model,the factors influencing agricultural environmental technology efficiency and import dependency,export dependence,foreign dependence will all are integrated into the same system to construct a new agricultural environmental technology efficiency model from the perspective of relational embeddedness.As a result,empirical problems of non-independent observation,variation resulting from effects of basic factors in different areas and the path of influence of opening up on agricultural environmental technology efficiency all are solved.The results show that the overall agricultural environment technology efficiency appears an upward trend in the whole country and the eastern,central,western regions.In addition,the agricultural environmental technology efficiency in the eastern region was larger than that in the central and western regions.Agricultural opening to the outside world can explain the differences between the whole,intercept and the effects of basic factors in the whole country,eastern,central and western regions to a certain extent.The main measure of agricultural opening:import dependency,export dependence,foreign dependence have direct effect and indirect effect on agricultural environmental technical efficiency,and the indirect effect is manifested by adjusting relationship between factors of basic effects and agricultural environmental technical efficiency.Based on the above analysis,the paper finally puts forward some policy recommendations around the agricultural environmental technology efficiency and opening to the outside world in order to effectively promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
