Retiboletus kauffmanii belongs to the Boletus,Boletaceae.Ramaria stricta belongs to the Ramaria,Ramariaceae.Boletus and Ramaria stricta are homelogy of medicine and food in China. They are mainly distributed in the southwest of China. At present, there are few reports on the chemical composition and biological activity of these two fruiting bodies of macrofungi in China. Therefore, this study investigated the chemical composition and biological activity of these two macrofungi and looking for novel structure and good biologically active of compounds in two macrofungi, providing certain theoretical reference for high product development and utilization for these two macrofungi. They are:ergosterol(1)P-sitosterol(2)methyl p-hydroxybenzen epropanoate(3)P-hydroxyacetophenone(4)methyl p-hydroxybenzoate(5)caffeic acid methyl ester(6)p-hydroxybenzoic acid(7)p-methylphenol(8)N-acetyltyramine(9)3,4-dihydroxy-acetophenone(10)Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(11)vanillic acid(12)protocatechuic acid(13)5,6-dihydroxybenzofuran-2,3-dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester(14)p-hydroxycinnamate methyl(15)ergosterol 5 ?,8 ?-peroxide(16)Isomaltose(17)2-hydroxy-4-methylbenzoate(18)p-methoxyphenylpropionic acid(19).In this experiment,19 Compounds were obtained from the 95%ethanol extracts of the fruiting body of Retiboletus kauffmanii by using chromatographic techniques such as high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),ODS chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and silica gel chromatography. Some of them was used to evaluate the free radical scavenging activity by the DPPH method. It was found that compounds 1,3,4,6,7,10,13 have good DPPH free radical scavenging activity. Some compounds was used to test the acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity by The Ellman method. It was found that only Compound 1 has a weak inhibitory activity on acetylcholinesterase. Some compounds was used to evaluate the ?-glycosidase inhibitory activity by the PNPG method. The results showed that compounds 6,8,10 and 13 had a certain inhibitory activity against ?-glucosidase,and the compounds 6,10,and 13 were also found to be strongly inhibits activity on Purple bacilli population.34 Compounds were isolated and purified from 95%ethanol extracts of the fruit bodies of Ramaria. The structure of the compounds was determined by technology(NMR,IR,UV,MS,etc.)and physicochemical properties. They are:3?,5?-dihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one(20)?ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3?-ol(21)?Linoleic acid(22)?2,6-Dihhydroxy-3,4dimethynbenzoi cacid metyl ester(23)?methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate(24)?trans-sphagnum acid ethyl ester(25)?methy-4-benzoylbenzoate(26)?5?,8?-peroxy ergosterol(27)?(22E,24R)-5?,8?-peroxoergic-6,9(11),22-trien-3?-ol(28)?benzoic acid(29)?P-hydroxybenzaldehyde(30)?usenamine A(31)?Methyl 2-Methylundecanoate(32)?7?-Methoxy-5?,6?-epoxyergosta-8(14),22-dien-3?-ol(33)?7-Keto-5?,6?-epoxyergoside-8(14),22-diene-3?-alcohol(34)?3-hydroxyisodrimenin(35)?4-oxolaurin acid(36)?pinellic acid(37)?7-ketosito sterol(38),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(39),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3?-ol(40)?3-Formylhydrazine(41)?4-methoxy-4-oxobutanoic acid(42)?(22E)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3?,5?,6a-triol(43)?(22E,22R)-ergost-7,22-diene-3?,5?,6?-triol(44)?2?-methoxyl-3?,9?-dihydroxyergosta-7,22-diene 3a-acetate(45),p-Hydroxybenzoic acid(46)?Protocatechuic acid(47)?Suberic acid(48)?3-hydroxy-2-methylbenzaldehyde(49)?4-(hydroxyl(phenyl)methyl)benzoic acid(50)?5?,6?-epoxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-8(14),22-diene-3-,7a-diol(51)?5a,6a-epoxy-24(R)-methylcholesta-7,22-dien-3?-ol(52)?methyl 2-(3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrol-5-yl)acetate(53).The results showed:Compounds 29?36?49 and 50 showed better Panagrellus redivivus inhibitory activity.
