| Geopolymer is a type of new aluminosilicate inorganic polymer material consisting of tetrahedral[AlO4]and[SiO4]units,which is environment-friendly and of high strength and high early strength,excellent durability,corrosion resistance and thermostability.It showed a good application prospect in a wide range of areas including building high-strength materials,inorganic coatings,catalytic molecular sieve adsorption and immobilized nuclear waste applications.This paper,based on a previous research,with slag,fly ash and metakaolin as the main raw material excitation,and with modulus of 2.0 to 2.6 powdered instant water glass as activator,developed a type of inorganic polymer grouting road materials which is similar to the concrete construction technology.At the same time,this article investigated the geopolymer materials and road asphalt emulsion composite technology,and prepared a good mechanical properties,low modulus of elasticity geopolymer/emulsifying bitumen composite materials.The influence of water-cement ratio,FA/BS and exciting agent dosage on setting time,Mechanical properties,fluidity and shrinkage properties of grout materials are investigated respectively at the beginning of this paper.Then the optimum dosage of retarder was determined through the retarder exploring experiments,which showed a preliminary analysis of the mechanism.In this way the best ratio of grouting material was determined by the comprehensive analysis of orthogonal experiment.Finally,This paper introduced the rheological instrumentation,viscosity of grouting material are discussed at different temperatures and shear rates.In addition,this paper examines discrepant molding processes,different curing temperatures and admixture amount of emulsified asphalt that influence the composite properties of the Emulsified asphalt/Geopolymer composite materials.It selects the compressive strength,bending strength and modulus of elasticity as the indexes and analyzes the fracture surface of test specimens and samples in terms of scanning electron microscope(SEIvD and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The best process parameters for geopolymer grouting material is with water-cement ratio is 0.34,FA/BS is 0.5,and exciting agent dosage is 0.2,Dosage of retarder is 0.06 and Sand ratio of 0.6.In such condition,the initial fluidity of the grouting materials can reach 292 mm,in 30min the fluidity is 269 mm;the Id compressive strength is 22.5 MPa,the 3d compressive strength is 42.6 MPa,Grouting slurry prepared is no bleeding and no steel corrosion.It basically satisfies the demands of cementitious grout(Ⅲ)in the specification.(2)KH2PO4 as the retarder of the grouting mater:ial,When weight of the water glass ratio is 0.06,the setting time is most stable and controllable and with Suitable performance.Through exploring experiment,it shows the retarding effect of production may due to the H+in the potassium dihydrogen phosphate that changes alkalinity in the reaction slurry.(3)According to the results,when molding geopolymer/emulsified asphalt composite material it 1s better to forming geopolymer slurry at first and then mix with emulsified asphalt,the best curing temperature of the composite materials is 60℃.The compressive strength of the composite materials decreases as emulsified asphalt admixture amount increases.Meanwhile,the bending strength undergoes a slight up and then tends to go down to a stationary value,In the emulsified asphalt content of 8%,the bending strength is the highest and reaches 17.9 MPa.(4)The elastic modulus goes down conspicuously as emulsified asphalt admixture amount increases,and it can be as low as 400 MPa.It can thus infer a fracture mode that has changed from brittle fracture to fake plastic fracture mode through analyzing the molding process and fracture mechanism of the composite materials with regards to SEM,XRD and fracture curves.,which increase its work of fracture.In conclusion,it turms out that this material contains good mechanical performanee.show the potential applications in concrete road repair,Waterproof base,architectural and other aspects. |
