The Separatin Of Chemical Constituents From Oplopanax Elatus Naikai

Oplopanax elatus Naikai belongs to Araliacea Oplopanax perennial shrub.It is not only in pharmacology similar to Araliacea ginseng,but also in chemical component.So,Oplopanax elatus Naikai has been enjoyed the reputation of "Woody ginseng".The Chinese Herb records that O.elatus Naikai has the function of tonifying yang,dredging collaterals,relieving a cough etc.In recent studies,we found that O.elatus Naikai is effective in adjusting immunity,improving metabolism,regulating blood fat and blood sugar and inhibiting cancer.The anticancer effect of O.elatus Naikai attracts public attention.This paper summarizes the biological characters and resources,research actuality,chemical component,extraction separation methods,pharmacological effects and clinical applications of O.elatus Naikai on the basis of its related literature at home and abroad.In addition,this studies uses the immersion extraction assisted with the ultrasonic wave to extract the chemical component.By using the traditional D101 macroporous resin,phase column of Si02,ODS reversed-phase column separation technology and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)technique,we isolated 3 compounds(Ⅰ-Ⅲ)from O.elatus Naikai.The structures of them are(3R,8S)-cis-Heptadeca-9-ene-4,6-diyne-3,8-diol,a-cadinol,bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate.This article aims to provide the basis for the protection of Oplopanax elatus Naikai,and provide a new way for the development of O.elatus Naikai resources,filtrating new chemical skeletons,provide lead compounds for the treatment of cancer,and providing prospects and widening the application of Oplopanax elatus Naikai in medicine.
