The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization In City Of Dingxi Gansu Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's industrialization and urbanization have accelerated,and the national economic strength has been increasing.However,it has also led to serious resource shortage and environmental pollution.The contradiction between man and nature is more acute,which hinders the coordination and sustainable development of our society,economy and ecology.Extensive economic growth mode,especially rural areas seriously interfered with the natural ecosystem balance and stability of rural areas,restricts the rural economic development,the construction of new socialist countryside and harmonious society.Xi general secretary in the report identified in the "adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature" as the new era of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics is one of the basic strategy for 14,construction of ecological civilization as a grand strategy at the national level.Rural areas construction of ecological civilization is to solve the path of the "three rural problems" in China,is the national scientific concept of development,the implementation of sustainable development,green development concept,to build a well-off society in an all-round way,promoting the development of rural modernization and beautiful rural construction is of great significance.Fragile ecological environment area ecosystem stability is poorer,the ecological environment problem is becoming more and more serious.95% of Chinese living in absolute poverty population in our country ecological fragile areas and ecologically fragile area of ecological civilization construction is more challenging,difficulty,also became a particular area of rural ecological civilization construction in our country.Based on the theory of Marxist ecological thought,from the perspective of Marxist ecological thought,located in the northwest inland typical ecologically fragile area in Dingxi city as an example,this paper discusses the construction of ecological civilization achievements in the study area,the main ecological environment problems and its root causes,and finally from the residents' environmental awareness,living environment,modern agriculture and system security put forward specific path of rural ecological civilization construction.Based on the Marxist ecological thoughtthe ecological fragile district of ecological civilization construction,is of rich and improvement of the theoretical system of ecological civilization construction,also provides a theoretical basis for the rural ecological civilization construction and the practice reference.According to the previous practice investigation and theoretical accumulation,this paper mainly discusses from five parts.The first part,introduction,mainly elaborates the background and significance of the subject research,the main research methods and innovation points,etc.The second part is the generation and development of Marxist ecological thought,which mainly introduces the background,theory origin and inheritance and development of Marxist ecological thought.The third part is the guiding significance of Marxist ecological thought.It mainly expounds the basic theory of rural ecological civilization,the basic theory of Marxist ecological thought,and the guiding significance of Marxist ecological thought to the construction of rural ecological civilization.The fourth part,the analysis of the ecological civilization construction in Dingxi city,mainly through the comprehensive analysis and analysis of the opportunities,achievements,problems and constraints of ecological civilization construction.The fifth part puts forward the realistic path of ecological civilization construction in the research area.
