Synthesis And Fluorescence Properties Of Coordination Polymers Based On A Series Of Benzimidazole Ligands | | Posted on:2013-05-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L T Yan | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2381330545467570 | Subject:Applied Chemistry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this thesis,a series of stereochemical coordination polymers were synthesized with rigid aromatic earboxylic acids and a series of benzimidazole ligands and transition metal ions by means of hydrothermal synthetic methods in terms of crystallography theory and further studied their DNA interactions and fluorescent probes of various cations and organic solvents.It has also been;investigated how to control the stucture and desired properties of coordination polymers,moreover,it has been discussed for coordination polymers how to interact with DNA,various cations and organic solvents.The complexes of[Pb(OH-H2bdc)H20]n(1),[Cd(OH-H2bdc)(o-pbim)]n(2),[Zn(OH-H2bdc)(H2bibim)]n(3),[Ni(OH-H2bdc)(bbp)]n·nH20(4),[Cu(NO2-H2bdc)]n·nH2O(5),[Mn(O2N-H2bdc)(o-pbim)]n(6),[Zn(02N-H2bdc)(o-pbim)]n(7)[Co(O2N-H2bdc)(o-pbim)]n(8),[Co(H2bibim)]n(O2N-H2bdc)·nH2O(9),[Co(O2N-H2bdc)(H2bibim)]n(10),[Pb2(O2N-H2bdc)(bbp)2]n·nH2O(11),[Mn(H2aip)·H20]n·2nH2O(12)and[Co(H2aip)(H2bibim)]n(13)were synthesized by the method of hydrothermal synthesis,And the fluorescent recognition of DNA,cations and organic solvent molecules has been earried out.When the complexes 1-4,6-8 and 11 could interact with DNA,the results had shown that there were not fluorescence in DNA and complex had weaker fluorescence.But after complex can interact with DNA,the system has stronger fluorescence.When[DNA]had the more concentration,the system had the stronger fluorescence,which were because the more concentration[DNA]had,the stronger interaction DNA can interact with complex,the stronger fluorescent intensity the complex has.The fluorescence of complex-DNA system in various pH had shown that the acidity or basicity had large influence on its fluorescence.Under the conditions of neutral and slightly acidity,the complex-DNA system had the strongest fluorescent intensity;Under the terms of acidity,its had stronger fluorescent intensity;but in terms of basicity its had the weakest fluorescent intensity.The complexes 9,10 and 13 were also used for recognition of the cations and organic solvent molecules,respectively.The fluorescence of complex for the recognition of cations had shown that complex had different fluorescent intensity among different cations,Zn(Ⅱ)ion had the strongest fluorescent intensity but Cu(Ⅱ)ion had the weakest.The fluorescence of complex for the recognition of organic solvents had shown that complex had different fluorescent intensity among different organic solvents and it had the strongest fluorescent intensity in anhydrous ethanol.Based on the above results,a novel class of specific fluorescent sensors for DNA,cations and small organic molecules could be acquired by making changes in organic ligands and transition metal ions in order to control the complex of structure. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | functional coordination polymer, benzimidazole ligands, crystal structure, fluorescence | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
