At present,with the rapid development of China's economy and society,the rapid growth of car ownership,automobile exhaust has become one of the main pollution sources of urban environmental air quality.How to ensure that all types of motor vehicles traveling on the road can be controlled by the city to control the vehicle exhaust pollution is an important part of.At present,the domestic main use of double idle speed,free acceleration method,simple operation mode and remote sensing monitoring method on the road traffic on the road for daily vehicle emission monitoring.Among them,the remote sensing monitoring method has developed rapidly in recent years,but there are many problems in the practical application,such as many influencing factors,less effective data,and the fixed limit value can not determine whether the vehicle exceeds the standard or not.A lot of researches have been carried out on the correlation between the remote sensing monitoring method of the vehicle and the current vehicle emission limit.The Xi'an existing traditional monitoring equipment,remote monitoring vehicles,vehicle environmental protection regular monitoring of BASM and for diesel vehicle exhaust pollutants supervision of four monitoring methods,by of Xi'an City in recent years four methods of monitoring data analysis and research,based on the remote sensing monitoring process limits by artificial set of characteristics,combined with the Xi'an environmental characteristics and the monitoring period,to Xi'an,motor vehicle use remote sensing monitoring method set a limit standards proposals.And use of Xi'an City,the existing monitoring equipment,to the current national emission standards for motor vehicles in use based on experiment design and on the different time and environmental conditions affect the set limit value standard is proved to be effective,obtained for Xi'an Road sampling law enforcement of the remote sensing monitoring discharge limits.The main research results of this paper include:1)the contribution of motor vehicle exhaust pollution in Xi'an City,ambient air quality has increased year by year,compared with other monitoring method in road sampling law enforcement advantages,expounds the setting of Xi'an city remote sensing monitoring the local limit value standard is very urgent;2)the traditional double idle state method,simple operating mode and free acceleration method 3 in the motor vehicle exhaust pollutant monitoring methods and monitoring method of remote sensing in the core principle has a certain relevance,Xi'an city can according to its characteristics make remote sensing monitoring the local limits.3)the current state of the use of motor vehicle emission limits and domestic existing remote sensing monitoring local standards are consistent;4)Xi'an city can not replicate the existing remote sensing monitoring of local standards,the need to combine the regional climate characteristics of Xi'an,environmental conditions and vehicle type to develop Xi'an remote sensing monitoring of local standards;5)the establishment of Xi'an remote sensing monitoring local limit value standard should be based on the environmental temperature at 25 degrees Celsius as the boundaries of the remote sensing limits.The environmental temperature has less influence on the monitoring of the opacity of the diesel engine;6)the proof test of the existing remote sensing monitoring equipment in Xi'an city by standard gas,proved the repeatability of the test data.Through specific tests,it is proved that the remote sensing monitoring of Xi'an city and the double idle speed,BASM and free acceleration method has a certain correlation,telemetry and ASM method detection of all kinds of pollutants associated co>no>HC,and double idle state method for the detection of various pollutants in the correlation,Co,HC,and K value of the good correlation.Vehicle speed,laser beam height and human factors have influence on the remote sensing monitoring,but the effect on the monitoring result is not large.7)in Xi'an city remote sensing monitoring the local limit value standard recommended in the remote sensing monitoring of the ambient temperature T>25 DEG C,gasoline co limit value for 2.0%,no limits for 2000ppm,HC limits is 250PPM;ambient temperature T<25 DEG C,gasoline co limit value for 1.5%,no limits for 1500 ppm,HC limits is 300ppm;diesel smoke Opacimeter limit value of 25%.
