Motor vehicles have become an indispensable means of transportation in today's society.However,automobile exhaust has become one of the important factors affecting China's air quality and air pollution,leading to increasingly serious environmental problems.Countries and regions around the world have gradually attached importance to the detection of motor vehicle exhaust.Among them,the most important thing is to focus on the source of pollution and strictly control the exhaust of motor vehicles.The need for a stable and accurate exhaust gas analysis system is very urgent.Quantum Cascade Laser Absorption Spectroscopy?QCLAS?has become a hot spot in recent years due to its high selectivity and high sensitivity,and has been gradually researched and applied to various types of gas detection.In this paper,a remote sensing analysis system based on QCLAS technology is designed to realize the simultaneous analysis of four components of carbon monoxide?CO?,carbon dioxide?CO2?,hydrocarbons?HC?and nitric oxide?NO?in the exhaust of motor vehicles.Detection.In this paper,suitable devices are selected,including quantum cascade laser light source,air chamber,sapphire mirror window,infrared detector,flat-type speed radar,high-definition digital camera,etc.,to build a complete detection system.The four detection methods of gas are summarized and tested.By measuring the standard concentration gas of each component,combining the measured signal value with the standard gas concentration value,the working curve of each gas is obtained and the fitting equation is obtained.At the same time,this paper has carried out instrumental research on the exhaust gas analysis system,and has realized the integration of phase-locked control system,integration of telemetry functions,and correction of the combustion equation under actual operating conditions.Designed the vehicle exhaust telemetry platform software,realizing real-time data viewing of vehicle flow information based on GIS map monitoring stations,real-time monitoring of vehicle emissions at various stations,query of historical vehicle emissions data at each station,automatic identification and recording of smoky vehicles,Auto-screening of urban yellow and green labels.At the same time,the system prototype was tested for reliability,including system static performance verification test,system repeatability test,system stability test,system dynamic performance verification test,etc.The system verification proves that the QCLAS exhaust gas remote sensing analysis system has achieved the expected goals,and has good measurement accuracy and practical value.
