With the rapid development of economy and society,the mileage of expressways is increasing and the speed of cars is improving.Highway traffic has become an important part of China’s transportation system.Meteorological conditions are important factors affecting highway traffic safety,especially the frequent traffic accidents caused by rainy weather.In order to enhance the expressway meteorological disaster early warning and defense ability,this paper studied the expressway rainfall disaster in Wuxi,designed the expressway rainfall disaster monitoring,early warning and risk assessment system in Wuxi,and put forward the best path and decision-making suggestions for avoiding the traffic meteorological disaster risk.The main work of this paper was as follows:(1)Research level of different rainfall for highway driving safety,the influence of the different level of rainfall process of risk assessment and risk zoning,combined with the study area sensitivity,exposure,the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation of disaster risk assessment and regionalization rainfall process,it was concluded that rainfall process in Wuxi risk thresholds and comprehensive rainfall disaster risk threshold.(2)By using Intelli J idea,Navicat and other tools,the monitoring,early warning and risk assessment system for Expressway rainfall disasters in Wuxi was developed,which realized the query of meteorological and pavement element information along the monitored roads,and could be integrated with the existing meteorological information collection system to jointly realize the networking and intelligence of monitoring,early warning and risk assessment for expressway traffic micro meteorological environment.(3)The Dijkstra algorithm was used for optimal route planning.Considering the disaster information,the disaster risk avoidance path planning was realized.The designed system can also realize weather query,map navigation,query of the distance between the current location and the risk point,query of the current road traffic meteorological station and its weather information,display the disaster risk point,and realize disaster risk avoidance.
