At present,the majority of the urban material yard in our country open piled up.All kinds of bulk materials are affected by the weather,which leads to powder dust,causing serious pollution to the atmospheric environment.In recent years,with the increasingly strict requirements of environmental protection in China,it is necessary to seal off all types of material fields and ash fields,and the closed structure plant based on membrane material is a typical representative,its advantages in the performance of good dust suppression effect,large storage space,no beam column,lighting and short construction period,etc.However,at home and abroad,the research of this kind of plant is mainly concentrated on the membrane structure or membrane material,there have no study on the ventilation problems of closed plant using membrane structure.In view of this,the paper puts forward the research on the temperature distribution,velocity field and ventilation design method of the closed membrane structure plant.First of all,this paper takes a proposed membrane structure plant in Wuhan as a research object.(The plant is mainly used for storing steel,waste and equipment,stacking powder materials,etc.)Through the establishment of the curving surface radiation model and the programming of MATLAB,the solar radiation heat gain of the curved structure is studied and calculated.Calculated in the role of solar radiation,the heat gain of this curved membrane structure reaches the maximum at 12:00,which is 1518.99KW;Heat through the per unit area of the membrane surface is 42 W / m2.Then through the computational comparison: using the data of solar radiation in the horizontal plane to replace the data of the curved surface radiation will cause a large deviation.And that the bigger the curvature,the bigger thedeviation.For the model in this paper,the error is 24%.Therefore,the calculation of indoor heat of curved surface structure must use the curved surface solar radiation calculation method.It also provides reference data for the basic settings of the model for the next step.Finally,the CFD numerical simulation method is adopted to establish the model and verify the reliability of the model,and the natural ventilation of the closed plant which used this type of membrane structure was studied.In this paper,the main study is to discuss the influence of natural ventilation effect in the plant,when the inlet and outlet area change and the height changes from the ground on the lower edge.The variation law of average temperature,ventilation volume,temperature field and velocity field in the working area of the plant is analyzed when the above parameters are changed.It is concluded that the relatively optimal air outlet structure parameters for the research object of this paper,and there is provided a reference for the ventilation design of the closed type building with the membrane structure.
