As an important mechanical equipment in the cooling tower circulating water system,the cooling tower plays an important role in the whole system.A large amount of electric energy will be consumed while the cooling tower fan operation,most of which can be effectively used,but at the same time there is a considerable part of the power can be wasted.As the cooling tower fan selection is based on the maximum load decision,however,in the process of operation,the demand for heat transfer is generally not up to the maximum,the wind turbine has been carried out in the frequency,resulting in waste of energy.At present,there are several energy saving methods at home and abroad,including frequency conversion,energy saving,energy saving of hydraulic turbine,energy saving and so on,but these methods have some disadvantages.In this paper,a new energy-saving method is proposed by analyzing and studying a variety of energy-saving methods.By changing the angle of fan blades in operation,energy saving can be realized.When the heat exchanger demand is large,the blade angle is increased.The motor current will increase.When the heat exchange demand is small,the angle of the fan blade should be adjusted appropriately to reduce the air flow and reduce the running current of the motor.The air flow generated by the blower matched with the heat demand,so as to achieve energy saving.This paper mainly completed the following work:(1)Summarize the main energy-saving technologies of cooling towers at home and abroad through the research and related literature reading,analyze and research the energy-saving technology of the existing cooling tower fan,and find out the existing problems and propose a new energy-saving way-Variable angle energy saving.(2)The initial design of the self-adjusting wheel hub was introduced,including the design of the program and the choice of the program,depth analysis of the cooling tower fan self-adjusting wheel hub first edition of the design flaws,and aiming at changing and promoting the defects.Which can solve the waterproof problem of motor emphasis,motor waterproof and electro-slip ring,the whole structure of variable angle is comprehensive design optimization,and ultimately the stability of variable waterproof motor is arranged on the outside of the tower angle wheel structure.(3)The sensor and servo motor of the cooling tower fan self-adjusting system are selected,the whole control system and the electronic control circuit are designed.The working principle of the programmable controller is introduced.The type of PLC has been selected by the digital I/O points and the simulation quantity I/O points and so on.At the same time,the author has designed the control circuit and the PLC program and the interactive operation of the touch screen.(4)In order to further verify the feasibility of the structure,the design of the structure of the same small self-aligning cooling tower fan,through the establishment of models,parts processing and assembly and quasi-selection and purchase,finally set up a small angle from the cooling tower fan,after running the test,verify the feasibility of the design structure the.In order to pave the way for the production of the prototype of the wind turbine self-tuning angle of the large cooling tower.In this paper,the defects of self-adjusting wheel hub of the first edition cooling tower fan are analyzed and researched,and a new structure cooling tower wind turbine self-adjusting angle hub is designed for the defect,and the new design hub for the finite element simulation analysis and kinematics simulation analysis of important parts.And in order to verify the feasibility of the structure,the author designed a small variable angle wheels,assembly and commissioning through the processing operation to verify the feasibility of the structure.The structure provides a great contribution to the research of cooling tower fan.
