Over the years,Hangzhou Tobacco Factory of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co.,Ltd has achieved great development and made significant progress in technology by making unremitting efforts,its various technical indicators and economic effectiveness are in the leading position in the tobacco industry around our country.In the process of workshop construction and use,Relocation Technological Transformation Project initiated by Hangzhou Tobacco Factory of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co.,Ltd is based on the strategic guideline of sustainable development of resources,to truly realize the circular economy,and moreover,it attaches great importance to the unconventional renewable energy sources and waste heat sources,to set up its environmentally friendly workshop,thus it is honored as a star-rated enterprise.The object of this study is the cooling system by cooling tower in winter,which belongs to Relocation Technological Transformation Project initiated by Hangzhou Tobacco Factory of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co.,Ltd.According to the demand of production technology in the workshop of tobacco factory,it carries out a comparative analysis on the forms of cooling by cooling tower and also analyzes the requirement of cooling in winter in the workshop of tobacco factory based on the weather conditions in Hangzhou,and moreover,this paper studies that the frequency conversion of water pump and system parameter setting can be optimized by adjusting the number of working cooling tower fans,finally it puts forward the design proposal of cooling system by cooling tower in winter in the workshop of tobacco factory,that is to say,two sets of plate heat exchanger and their corresponding bypass circuits are introduced based on the existing cooling system by refrigeration station to provide cool air to the workshop in winter,and the real system is set up accordingly,meanwhile the results of theoretical analysis on this subject are totally tested and verified according to the operating data in the system.By monitoring and analyzing the actual operating parameters in the cooling system by cooling tower in winter in the established tobacco factory,it is proved that the system can run very well,and in addition of that,the effect of energy saving is very significant,this can provide reference for the application and development of the cooling system by cooling tower in winter in the tobacco industry.
