With the rapid development of industry,industrial water pollution has become increasingly serious,and heavy metal water pollution is particularly prominent,it is difficult to bypass in the production process for many metallurgical factories.Heavy metal water pollution will not only cause varying degrees of damage on the ecological environment of rivers,lakes and other waters,but also has a fatal threat on our human health,more importantly,it cause a huge obstacle on wastewater reuse in industrial production,increase costs of factory production and hazardous waste disposal burden.Combining with the characteristics of heavy metal acid wastewater produced in the production of a metallurgical factory and the requirements of the wastewater treatment and discharge,a new craft technology is proposed in this paper,after several engineering case-investigations and comprehensive consideration.That is a joint craft technology combination with membrane electrolysis + MVR evaporation concentration+ reverse osmosis + fluoride chlorine blowing,to deal with the production wastewater.After the relevant experimental research,design of technological process,and equipment selection,it can be validated the proposed joint technology can achieve effluent recycling,zero emissions and secondary pollution reducing.After economic analysis of technology,it can be proved the process can not only solve the wastewater treatment problems,also has economic advantages.
