Study On The Treatment Process Of Heavy Metal Wastewater From Enginery Electroplated Production Plant

On the basis of the situation of the craft technology, design parameters and debugging of the treatment process of heavy metal wastewater from enginery electroplated production plant, combining with the characteristics of the wastewater from electroplated in specific pharmaceutical enterprise and the requirements of the wastewater treatment and discharge, a new craft technology is proposed in this paper, after several engineering case-investigations and comprehensive consideration. That is a craft technology combination with regulate pH, RO, chemical coagulation precipitate and bio-contact oxidation.According to the result of the engineering debugging, the craft technology combination raised in this paper is effective and assure the effluent from the sewage station, on the condition that the quality of the influent water fluctuates in a certain degree, can reach the standards stably, so as to reduce the pollution of the outside environment and the surface water.
