Analysis Of Sun-cured Tobacco In Different Region In Northeast Quality Evaluation And Comparison With Si Chuan Sun-cured Tobacco

In order to evaluate the quality of sun-cured tobacco in Northeast China,In 2014,we collected 12 middle and upper representative samples from three provinces,Jilin,Liaoning,Heilongjiang,and 5 main area.According to the four aspects of tobacco sensory,chemical composition,physical properties and sensory taste,we analyzed the qualities of sun-cured tobacco in Northeast Chinasystematically and comprehensively,also completed the analysation between Northeast China sun-cured tobacco and Sichuan Shifang sun-cured tobacco in such aspects before.The specific results are as follows:1.The total appearance quality of Northeast China sun-cured tobacco leaves: the appearance quality and maturity of tobacco leaves is pretty good,most of the tobacco leaves are in red brown and reddish brown;The upper leaves have more oil and thicker,loose in leaf tissue,the middle leaves are thin,have oil,and the structure is loose.Large amount of leaves are light on glossiness.There are advantages and disadvantages in appearance indexes of tobacco leaves in different areas.Sichuan tobacco leaf color is deep and looser degree than tobacco in Northeast China.2.The analysis to the chemical components of the Northeast China sun-cured tobacco leaves showed that: The content of chemical components in the tobacco leaf of each sampling area in Northeast China is appropriate,and the proportion is still coordinated.The contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen and phenolic compounds are higher,the content of potassium,organic acid and amino acid was low,the content of nicotine was moderate,and the content of Cl was lower than that of other regions of China;total nitrogen,nicotine,Cl and K in upper leaves were higher than those in the middle leaves.Total sugar,reducing sugar,sugar to alkali and the ratio of nitrogen to alkali were lower than that of middle leaves.On the whole,the content of chemical components in the northeast of China is more appropriate,the sugar content of tobacco leaves in Northeast China is higher than that of Sichuan,and the other components are close to each other.3.The total amount of neutral aroma in Northeast tobacco is higher,ehe degradation products of carotenoids and the content of new dienes were higher than those of other species.Helongjiang Muling tobacco has the largest amount of neutral aroma,then is Liaoning,Jilin is the last one.The total amount of neutral aroma in Northeast sun-cured tobacco is higher than Sichuan.4.Northeast tobacco upper leaves total alkaline aroma is in medium,the content of pyridine was highest and the content of pyrrole was lowest.Helongjiang Muling tobacco has the largest amount of alkaline aroma,then is Jilin,Liaoning is the last one.The total amount of alkaline aroma substances in tobacco leaves in Sichuan was slightly higher than that in Northeast China,and there was no significant difference between the two types of tobacco except for the Sichuan tobacco.5.Northeast sun-cured tobacco is larger in size,filling value and moisture absorption is more appropriate.The tensile strength of tobacco leaves is large,and the processing performance is good.The upper leaves were relatively thick,the leaf weight was higher,the central leaf thickness was suitable,and the stem ratio was low.The leaves of Sichuan tobacco leaves were smaller than those of Northeast China,and the stem ratio was significantly higher than that of northeast tobacco leaves.6.The overall quality of the sensory quality of the Northeast sun cured tobacco is high in strength,the aroma quality and aroma are moderate,and the combustion is good.Jilin Nongan tobacco has the highest scores,then is Liaoning Zhangwu,other regions has the similar scores.The scores of aroma and aroma of tobacco leaves in Northeast China are higher than those of Sichuan tobacco leaves,but it’s strength is larger.Totally,sun-cured tobacco in Northeast China are superior to those in Sichuan.7.Comparative analysis of the Northeast and Sichuan sun-cured tobacco: Sichuan sun-cured tobacco has red brown color,compared to the Northeast is dark,and Sichuan tobacco is moderate in thickness,and it performs good than Northeast tobacco.To Northeast China,tobacco leaves are larger,single leaf weight and leaf weight are higher than that of Sichuan Shifang tobacco leaf,and the stem ratio was low.I n terms of chemical composition,the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves in Northeast China is significantly higher than that in Sichuan,and the nicotine content is slightly higher than that in Sichuan,and the total nitrogen content is similar to that of Sichuan tobacco,The ratio of sugar to nicotine and the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine in Sichuan tobacco leaves are lower than those in Northeast tobacco leaves.The content of K in tobacco leaves of Sichuan was high,and the content of Cl in tobacco leaves was higher.The content of neutral aroma substances in Northeast tobacco is higher than that in Sichuan,while in Sichuan,the content of alkaline aroma is slightly higher than that in Northeast China.In the sensory evaluation score,Sichuan tobacco score is relatively low,Northeast region Jilin Nongan has the highest scores in total.Northeast and Sichuan tobacco have their own advantages and disadvantages in smoking quality.On the whole,Northeast China sun-cured tobacco is better than Sichuan in quality.
