| Tobacco is an important economic category of Solanaceae crops in my country. The content of secondary metabolites of tobacco is relatively rich and there are many kinds. The content and composition of metabolites in tobacco leaves are closely related to the growth and development, appearance quality and sensory quality of tobacco. The main aroma and The precursors of harmful substances include phenolic compounds, organic acid compounds, alkaloid compounds and sterol compounds, etc.,all of which are secondary metabolites. In order to analyze and compare the relationship between the main secondary metabolites of different types of tobacco leaves and the harmful components of smoke,in order to analyze and compare the relationship between the main secondary metabolites of different types of tobacco leaves and the harmful components of smoke,we selected domestic flue-cured tobacco samples.Analysis and comparison:the difference between the secondary metabolites of flue-cured tobacco and sun-cured tobacco in different types of flavors, varieties, origins and parts. And a preliminary study of the reasons for the differences in the secondary metabolites of tobacco leaves. The results of the study are as follows:1.The results of analyzing the content of secondary metabolites in flue-cured tobacco leaves with different flavor types showed that the total amount of organic acids showed the following:Luzhou-flavor type>intermediate flavor type>clear flavor type;alkaloids in the middle flavor type>clear flavor type>lucent flavor type; The total amount of polyphenols has the largest content in the middle-flavor type and the lowest-flavor type;the content of sterols in the luzhou-flavor flue-cured tobacco>intermediate-flavor>clear-flavor type.2.The analysis of the content of secondary metabolites in flue-cured tobacco leaves from different producing areas showed that the content of organic acids is Yunnan>Henan>Guizhou;the content of alkaloids and polyphenols is Guizhou>Yunnan>Henan;the content of sterols is Henan>Guizhou>Yunnan. The content of secondary metabolites in tobacco leaves from different producing areas in Henan is Fangcheng>Luoning>Biyang>Lushi>Jianxian>Xiangxian>Linying;in different producing areas of Yunnan, the content of secondary metabolites The manifestation is Pu’er>Kunming>Yuxi;the content of secondary metabolites in different producing areas of Guizhou is manifested as Panxian>Bijie>Zunyi>Tianzhu.Among the Henan tobacco areas,Fangcheng has the highest content of organic acids and alkaloids,Jiaxian County has the highest content of alkaloids and polyphenols,Xiang County has the highest polyphenol content,Luoning sterol content is the highest,Linying sterol, organic acid and polyphenol content. The lowest;among the Yunnan tobacco areas,Pu’er has the highest content of alkaloids, organic acids and sterols, the lowest polyphenol content,Kunming has the highest total phenols content, the lowest alkaloids and sterols content, and Yuxi has the lowest organic acid content;among the Guizhou tobacco areas,Tianzhu has the highest content of alkaloids and the lowest content of organic acids;Zunyi has the highest content of organic acids, polyphenols and sterols, while the content of alkaloids is the lowest;Bijie polyphenols and sterols have the lowest content.3.The analysis of the content of secondary metabolites in different varieties of tobacco leaves in Henan producing areas shows that the content of secondary metabolites in tobacco leaves is significantly different for different genotypes. The general trend is Yuyan 6>Yuyan 13>Yunyan 87>NC71>Qinyan 96>Guiyan 2>Liaoyan 20>CC27>Zhongyan 100.4.The analysis results of the secondary metabolites of different types of sun-cured tobacco showed that organic acids and alkaloids were higher in sun-cured tobacco than sun-cured tobacco;while the content of polyphenols and sterols was sun-cured tobacco>sun-cured tobacco.5.The analysis results of the secondary biomass of sun-cured tobacco in different parts showed that the content of organic acids, alkaloids and polyphenols in the tobacco leaves were:upper>middle>lower, and sterols were:upper<lower<middle. |
