| The most serious environmental problem the mankind facing so far is global warming.Global warming has brought a series of environmental problems,such as glaciers melting large-scale melting,the sea level gradually increased throughout the year,the ecological environment gradually deteriorated,frequent occurrence of natural disasters,these problems have threatened the Earth’s ecological environment and the survival and development of human.More and more people has concerned about this.The study found that the source of carbon emission is mainly energy consumption,and the city’s energy consumption is divided into industrial,construction and transportation.With the continuous development of the city,building energy consumption is increasing in the total social energy consumption proportion.In 2006,40%of the world’s energy consumption is the actual energy consumption of buildings,30%of that in China.So it is necessary to seek a low-carbon construction industry.Therefore this paper use the Life Cycle Assessment method to study the carbon emissions of urban complex building.The construction,operation and dismantling of urban complex buildings are regarded as a whole.By establishing a large number of domestic and international overviews,we have established a carbon emission calculation model for urban complex buildings.Taking Pingyang Wanda as a case to analyze the establishment of urban complex building carbon emission.The results show that:(1)the total carbon emission of Pingyang Wanda Urban Complex is 4590534.7t,and the unit of carbon dioxide is 4590534.7t in Pingyang Wanda City.The annual carbon footprint of the building area is 8.72t/m~2.(2)From transverse comparison,it is found that commercial building carbon emissions is below residential building carbon emissions.From the vertical point of view,the maximum carbon emissions is the use of maintenance phase,followed by the building materials production stage,and finally for the demolition and construction of the construction phase.The use of maintenance phase is the construction of the entire life cycle of the greatest impact on carbon emissions.(3)In the construction phase of the carbon emission are mainly the main building and the use of the main building materials,such as cement,steel,concrete.(4)During the construction phase,the total carbon emissions of the residential area is about twice than that of the commercial sector.(5)In the use of stage,because the proportion of the construction commercial buildings is different from the residential buildings proportions in the use of carbon emissions of energy consumption,so the proportion of carbon emissions are not the same.The mainly carbon emissions of commercial buildings comes from electricity consumption.The natural gas consumption of residential buildings is a larger proportion of carbon emissions.(6)Through the estimates of the stage of carbon emission in Pingyang Wanda urban complex building demolition,it is found that the carbon emissions accounted for 10%of the entire life cycle carbon emission.Although it is not very high,we should pay attention to it. |
