Printed electronics process is a kind of environment-friendly manufacturing technology,which can be widely used in printing coil circuit,capacitor,silicon substrate,especially in flexible electronic printing.Currently,there are three main conductive paste used in electronic printing.The conductive silver paste prepared with nano silver particles as conductive dispersant.Because the silver material has more excellent electrical conductivity,and lower chemical activity,so the paste has well performance in conductive and anti-corrosion.But the cost makes use of silver metals as the conductive silver paste is high.Conductive copper slurry is generally dispersed into printing material of copper ions during the preparation,after the process of printing coating,it should be reducing copper ions into Cu nanoparticles.Compared with conductive silver paste,its price is relatively low,but lack of antioxidant properties.Carbon paste,especially graphite,with the maturity of the preparation technology and the advantages of both stable performance and low cost,the preparation of conductive paste and the research of printed electron have become the focus of the research.The graphene sheet is small,with high electron mobility and transmittance,so various components can be prepared by printing electronic process with Graphene materials.Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy thiophene)has good film-forming properties and wettability,it can be uniformly dispersed in aqueous solution.In this paper,two kinds of materials based on composite reduced graphene oxide(rGO)-PEDOT are researched,at the same time,during preparing for conductive paste,the performance of products are tested and analysis.The main contents of this paper include the following points:(1)The influence factors of Fenton were analyzed,the preparation of PEDOT conductive material was described,and the preparation methods and properties of PEDOT conductive materials were expounded.(2)Oxidative polymerization of rGO-EDOT in different Fenton systems was used to prepare rGO-PEDOT.The composition of the composite was analyzed by infrared spectrum and UV-Vis spectrum.The morphology and structure of the product were analyzed by SEM and TEM.(3)Through three different technical routes for the preparation of rGO-PEDOT,comparative of the performance of each line of rGO-PEDOT in situ polymerization material are researched,the products under the condition of different groups are explored,morphology and structure are compared,the corresponding solution conductivity are given too.The morphology of TEM proved that Fenton reagents can effectively form the GO-PEDOT structure,infrared spectroscopy also shows the absorption peak position of PEDOT,those both shows that EDOT can be polymerized to PEDOT under the Fenton system;different technical route corresponding to the rGO-PEDOT displayed that the best morphology of products structure is route 1,and it has best dispersion stability and anti-aging performance.
