With a high conductivity,good thermal stability and chemical stability,poly(3,4-ethlenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT)has become a hot research field in functional materials,for it has many important applications in electrochromic and electroluminescent,sensors,super capacitors and other fields.In this paper,poly(4-styrenesulfonate)doped PEDOT(PEDOT/PSS)is used as the conductive component,afterblended with PVA,the wet spinning and crosslinking wet spinning processes are studied.The high performance composite conductive fibers with multi-color are obtained.The results have very important significance for the development and commercial applications of conductive fibers based on conductive polymer.The main results are as follows:1.The conductivity of PEDOT/PSS water dispersion is improved through the second doping treatment,which is increased by one to two orders of magnitude,up to 52.08S/cm.In addition,the multi-colored PEDOT/PSS water dispersions with good spinnability are obtained by adding different color acid dyes.2.The multi-colored PEDOT/PSS-PVA composite conductive fibers are obtained by wet spinning process via blending the multi-colored PEDOT/PSS water dispersion with PVA.The results show that the addition of dyes has no obvious effects on mechanical properties and the structure of composite conductive fibers,but has impact on the electrical conductivity,in which the conductivity of purple fiber added fluorescent red is the best of 71.07S/cm.3.The PEDOT/PSS-PVA composite conductive fibers with high draw ratio are obtained with boric acid as crosslinking agent by cross-linking wet spinning.The results indicate that crystallinity,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the fibers are increased with the increase of the draw ratio.When the draw ratio is 11,the tensile strength of the fiber is5.23 c N/dtex,elongation is 6.67%,and the elastic modulus.
