The Communist Party Of China's Knowledge Of Foreign Environmental Pollution Problems In The 1970s

As a worldwide difficult problem,environmental pollution and ecological crisis is a constraint to the human survival and sustainable development.At present,Chinese ecological crisis caused by the environmental pollution problem has been the "short board" and the"bottleneck",for building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which should been overcome in the future.the western developed countries as a "survivor" used to realize and solve the environmental problem,so the experience of which is worthy of learning for China,a developing country.In a sense,how to treat the environmental pollution in the western developed capitalist countries,plays an important influence on the Communist Party of China,who could have a correct comprehension on industrialization and development path,and who would become a mature of the ruling party.The process of cognition also reflects the understanding process of the Communist Party of China,such as "what kind of development?How to realize the development".This is one of the important stages for the 1970s.This paper focuses on the research of "The Communist Party of China's Knowledge of Foreign Environmental Pollution Problems in the 1970s",whose research phase is the stage of 1970s(1970-1979),on the basis of the People's Daily published articles for literature basis.It comprehensively researches how China in the before the industrial era understands the environmental problems in the western capitalist powers post-industrial era in the 1970s.The People's Daily whose published stories reflect the views and opinions of the Communist Party of China about a major event in China and the world,is the important mouthpiece and public opinion tool of the Communist Party of China.This paper selects 150 reports related to the foreign environment published in the People's Daily in the 1970s,which was the main information channel to help people learn and understand western environmental pollution,and which also can reflect the knowledge and attitude of the Communist Party of China on foreign environmental pollution and environmental governance at the same time,fundmentally representing the level of her knowledge of foreign environmental problems.This paper is divided into six parts,including introduction,conclusion,and four chapters.The introduction introduces the reasons and significance of carrying out this research,Summarying the current research status at home and abroad,some related concepts,the research methods,the key,difficult parts and the proposed innovation.The first chapter introduces the social and historical background when the Communist Party of China begins to pay close attention to the abroad environmental pollution,under the environmental crisis of the capitalist world and the cold war in the world in the middle of the 20th century.The second chapter introduces the basic conditions of the People's Daily's reports abroad environment,and restores the main content of comprehensive reports from four aspects as far as possible in the 1970s.The third chapter analyzes the main features of the knowledge of foreign environmental pollution of the Communist Party of China at that time,meanwhile exploring the causes of these characteristics from two aspects.The fourth chapter objectively analysize the significance of the understanding of the process of the Communist Party on foreign environmental pollution in the 1970s,and also elaborates some thinking and enlightenment in the study of the author,considing that environmental pollution is one of the cost of the economic development and the rise of great powers.It is important to prevent the pan-ideologization on the understanding of environmental pollution problems.The conclusion part points out that the Communist Party of China realized that western developed countries had a serious environmental pollution problems in the 1970s.But due to the problem of the pan-ideologization to a certain extent,the root cause pollution to the environment was misread.
