Research And Design Of Internet Of Things Mine Data Acquisition Terminal Based On S3C2410

Recently, the embedded system is being developing and the internet of things has been generally accepted. To construct the sensory mine, which means to apply information technology in production and management, has become one of the hot research topic of mining technology innovation. The network which covered the hole production field can collect and summary the production data through all kinds of sensors, and then it can improve the efficiency of production and managementAccording to the features of data acquisition and the practical demands, this paper designed a mine data acquisition system, and studied the GPRS network. This paper focused on the development of data acquisition terminal, which was based on S3C2410processor and Windows CE. The author designed hardware and software in order to realize data collection, data transmission, data management and other screen and serial etc. In the regard of hardware design, it included NIC, touch screen, serial port, and so on. In the aspect of software design, the stream interface driver was used to solve the transmission problem between terminals and sensors. By using GUI design, an example of the data acquisition software application was showed, which could run on Windows CE stably.This terminal also can upload data to computers, according to the TCP/IP protocol. It proved that the data acquisition system can complete data transmission based on TCP/IP protocol.The design of data acquisition terminal, which was based on S3C2410is a stage work of the construction of mine data acquisition system. It has achieved the desired objective successfully. The paper proved that using embedded system to collect data is reliable and feasible. What’s more, the paper may provide reference to other relevant work respecting mine internet of things construction.
