In order to promote the development and application of safe and environment-friendly amino acid surfactants and alkylglycoside micelle thickening systems,a new viscoelastic micelle system with low surfactant content(weight concentration 10%)was developed.In this paper,a viscoelastic micelle system with sodium lauryl polyethersulfate(SLES)and cocamidopropyl betaine(CAPB)and rheological properties were studied,two new environment-friendly viscoelastic micelles system were obtained by mixing SLES/CAPB with alkyl glucoside(APG)and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate(AC215)surfactant respectively,the influencing factors and rheological properties of the system were investigated.The viscosity curves and frequency sweep curve of the system were described by Cross model and Maxwell model respectively.The viscoelastic-shear thinning with suspension properties solution system and the rheological properties for Xanthan gum(T Plus)and Carbomer 141,Carbomer 341 with SLES and SLES/CAPB systems was investigated.The main conclusions are as follows.1)The viscoelastic micelle system was obtained by mixing SLES with CAPB with a total surfactant weight concentration of 10%in appropriate conditions.The micelle system can be thickened significantly by NaCl,cocoyl diethanolamine(DC212),polyethylene glycol(PEG6000).2)A new viscoelastic micelle system was obtained by mixed with APG 1200 and APG2000 mixture with SLES/CAPB system with the low surfactant weight concentration(10%)under appropriate conditions,which solved the industry problems of difficulty in thickening and low solubility of APG surfactant.3)A new viscoelastic micelle system with low surfactant weight concentration(10%)was obtained by mixing AC215 with SLES/CAPB at pH 5.0,which provides a new solution to the problems of difficulty in thickening of amino acid surfactants.4)A new viscoelastic-shear thinning with suspension properties system was obtained by mixed T Plus with SLES or SLES/CAPB and Carbomer 141/341 with SLES system.The rheological properties of the system were investigated,which provides the basis for the rheological properties for viscoelastic-shear thinning with suspension properties systems.This study is expected to provide a rheological basis for the development and research of new environmentally friendly amino acids,alkylglycosides and anionic surfactants(SLES)and amphoteric surfactants(CAPB)systems,thus promoting application and development for the surfactants.
