In this paper,the study was on the basis of polytrifluorochloroethylene(PCTFE),the polarized light microscopy(PLM),wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD),torque rheological behavior analysis,mechanical testing,apparent product quality analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA),Vicat heat distortion temperature were used to study the influence of crystallization conditions on the crystallization behavior of PCTFE,PCTFE screened stable system,optimized processing technology,and the use of core-shell structure with ACR and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as modifiers on the structure and properties of PCTFE blends as the toughening agent system.Study on the crystallization behavior showed that,PCTFE crystal morphology was rod crystallization,when the crystallization temperature was 180? and crystallization time was 120 min,PCTFE got the maximum crystal size,and the number of crystallization was the largest,WAXD analysis showed that when the crystallization temperature was 180 ?,the degree of crystallinity was 60.0%,the isothermal crystallization kinetics analysis showed that,PCTFE linear crystal growth rate was 0.25?m/s,when the crystallization time reached 100s,PCTFE got the maximum crystal size.Screening and optimization of the process of stabilizing the system showed that,compared with organotin stabilizers,rare earth stabilizer PCTFE could effectively prevent the degradation in the melting process and reduced the plasticizing time,when the amount of rare earth stabilizer was 6phr,properties of PCTFE mechanical were the best,and the dynamic stability time was the longest,the surface of the PCTFE product was smooth and when the processing temperature of 265?,speed was 30r/min,the overall mechanical properties of PCTFE system were the best.Toughening studies showed,ACR and PVDF joined in the PCTFE processing improved mobility,reduced the plasticizing time,and they also played a role as the toughening modifiers,when the amount of ACR and PVDF were 6phr,impact strength of PCTFE materials was the maximum,which were 8.06 KJ·m-2 and 7.80 KJ·m-2,and the tensile strength of the modified PCTFE materials increased slightly as the amount increased;SEM analysis showed,ACR and PVDF modified PCTFE blends crisp section showed some toughness fracture characteristics;TG analysis showed,ACR and PVDF joined PCTFE blends thermal stability had little effect;thermal performance analysis showed that the two modifiers on PCTFE blends had little eeffect on heat distortion temperature.
