Heavy metals is a kind of high toxic pollutant which is harmful to marine organisms as well as humanity.Long time interaction with heavy metals can cause many diseases.Therefore,removal of heavy metals from water is a hot-spot in environmental remediation.In this work,TPEE@AlOOH?PA6@Mg(OH)2?PVDF@SiO2 nanofibrous membranes were fabricated by electrospinning technique combined with inorganic nanoparticle adsorption materials to remove heavy metals.SEM,EDS,FTIR,XRD revealed that AlOOH and Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles successfully adhered to the surface of TPEE and PA6 nanofibrous membrane.The adsorption of Cr(?)onto TPEE@AlOOH membrane is fitted with Langmuir adsorption model.The maximum adsorption capacity of TPEE@AlOOH composite membrane for Cr(?)reaches to 16.66mg/g.The adsorption of Cr(?)onto PA6@Mg(OH)2 membrane is fitted with Freundlich adsorption model and PA6@Mg(OH)2 membrane shows high adsorption capacity for Cr(?).In addition,SEM,FTIR,XRD revealed that PVDF@SiO2 composite nanofibrous membrane with mercapto groups were successfully prepared by the modification of 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane.The research of adsorption isotherm suggested that the adsorption of Cu2+ onto the membrane was the Langmuir adsorption and the Cu2+ adsorption capacity from water can be as high as 145.56 mg per gram of nanofibrous membrane.That three nanofibrous membrane showed a high and fast efficiency,easily separated from liquid solutions and excellent cyclic utilization performance.Therefore,such a novel nanofibrous membrane can be potentially widely used in heavy metals.
