| In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,industrial growth caused environmental pollution problem in air quality.The fog haze weather appeared in several parts of the country at present.Therefore,how to detect the harmful substances in the air has become the focus of attention and research.Due to electrospinning nanofiber with a smaller diameter,it can form the fiber network of small aperture and high internal connectivity structure,reducing filtration resistance of fiber membrane and improving the filtering effect of fiber membrane.Therefore,electrospinning nanofiber membrane has wide application prospect in the field of filter material.This paper adopted the electrospinning technology and in the polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and polyamide 6(PA6)as raw material,by controlling the electrospun nanofiber time,six kinds of different thickness of the nano fiber composite filter material were prepared.In addition,also respectively with PET and PA6 spinning solution,six different thicknesses of PA6/PET hybrid fiber membrane were prepared by the electrospinning.By scanning electron microscopy(SEM),mechanical properties test,permeability test,the electrospun fiber membrane microstructure,mechanical properties and gas permeability were analyzed,and we creatively combined fiber membrane with air-conditioning fans,composed of simple air purifier,by testing the performance of its purification,so as to evaluate the effect of fiber membrane filtration.The research showed that the diameter of the electrospun PET fibers mainly concentrated in the 600-1000nm,the average diameter of 921nm,and the diameter of the electrospun PA6 fibers was mainly distributed in 100-140nm,the average diameter of about 128nm.With the increase of spinning time,thickness and mechanical properties of PET composite fiber membrane,PA6 composite fiber membrane and PA6/PET blend composite fiber membrane increased,but the permeability decreased continuously,and the filtering fiber membrane properties of particulate matter increased first and decreased later.This showed that the increase of electrospinning time within a certain range can improve the filtering effect of the fibrous membranes,but if the electrospinning time was too long,the filtration effect of fiber membrane will be weakened.After the filtration performance of PET composite fiber membrane,PA6 composite fiber membrane and PA6/PET blend composite fiber membrane in the same conditions was contrasted,we found that PET fiber membrane filtering effect of different spinning time was relatively poor,and PA6 fiber membrane filtering effect was best when spinning time was less than 30 minutes.The filtration effect of fiber membrane prepared by PA6/PET fiber blended at low spinning time was poorer than the PA6 fiber membrane,but when the electricspinning time was longer than 30minutes,the filtration effect of blended fiber membrane in the same spinning time was better than the other two kinds of fiber membrane.That showed by using fiber diameter different blends,PET and PA6 fiber can improve the filtering effect of fiber membrane to particles in the air. |
