| Polyacrylamide is widely used as the oil displacement agent during the third times in petroleum exploitation.Some studies show that under some conditions,polyacrylamide will occure degrade and generate the acrylamide.The common toxicity of acrylamide is neurological toxicity,genotoxicity,carcinogenicity,and reproductive and developmental toxicity.As the domestic research about the effect of polyacrylamide and acrylamide on the aquatic ecological is relatively less,and we always use fish,algae and Daphnia magna as the biological models when we study on the aquatic ecosystems toxicology.The study of protozoan stands a blank state,in recent years,the overseas research of protozoan is gradually emphasized and the related study is more and more.So we choose the protozoan as the model animal such as tetrahymena,paramecium,amoeba,and plasmodium.Considering the experimental conditions,we select paramecium as the model animal.The acute toxicity and the chronic toxicity of PAM and AM to the protozoa paramecium are studied with the method of toxicology.And we can denfinite the ecology influnce of protozoa pramecium according to the acute toxicity and the chronic toxicity.The result shows that there is no acute toxicity to the protozoa pramecium of PAM at the exposed time of 1h,and there is also no chronic toxicity at the time of 96h.According to the results of acute toxicity LC50(24.60 mg/ml),the exposed dose of chronic toxicity are set at the concentration of 1.50mg/ml,1.00mg/ml,0.67mg/ml,0.45mg/ml,0.30mg/ml,0.20mg/ml,0.13mg/ml,0.09mg/ml.Through the effect of chronic toxicity with AM,we set the dose:1.50 mg/ml,0.67 mg/ml,0.30 mg/ml,0.13 mg/ml and the blank control group.The exposed time is 32h.Then the effect of AM to the ecology influnce,the polysaccharide content and the content of SOD and MDA are also studied respectively.The results show that with the increase of AM,the speed of pramecium movement slow down,and the morphology is also influenced.The low concentration has little effect on the movement speed of pramecium and the morphology,when the concentration is above 0.67 mg/ml,the contractile vacuole of pramecium become greater,and when the concentration is above 1.50mg/ml,the contractile vacuole of most pramecium become significance greater and the speed of movement also be slow.The effect of AM to the content of polysaccharide is that a small quantity of AM can promote the content of polysaccharide,when the dose is below 0.13 mg/ml,the content of polysaccharide increase appreciably.With the increase of AM,the content of polysaccharide trend to reduce entirety.With the increase of AM,the enzymatic activity of SOD increase,and the content of MDA reduce. |
