With the development of economy, the ship transportation has become the center for the development of economy. The transportation of chemical is increasing. These accidents seriously endangers marine environment owing to paroxysmal, high concentration et al. The comprehensive quantitative assessment of damage to fishery and marine biological resources resulting from oil or chemical spill is very important in the process of maritime arbitration and claim for compensation. But the need of marine biology effective data is urgent. So research on acute toxicity test of benzmoid chemicals are becoming important and having practical meaning.Standard test's methods have been consulted. Using the method of probability unit to data processing, The order of their toxicity to Chlorella sp. is followed as: chlorobenzene>nitrobenzene>toluene >aniline>phenol>benzene and 96hEC50 asl8.01, 22.25, 44.85 , 47.64, 83.00,110.00mg/L;the order to Artemia salina is aniline >nitrobenzene >chlorobenzene >toluene>phenol>benzene, and 48hLC50 followed as 0.73, 13.11, 14.72,20.02s 23.26, 40.22mg/L. The relationships of dose-effect and inhibition-time will be found. Simulate accident and research short-time acute toxicity. This paper simulates accident and research short-time acute toxicity, and finds aniline is most toxicity to Artemia, and behaves toxicity in 6h.Study of joint toxicity based on the single toxicity, in joint toxicity study, two, there or four chemicals are mixed. Using toxicity unit and adding exponent are adapted to estimate the toxicity of joint, format of joint toxicity is found be adding effect. In order to explain the toxic mechanism, it studied the toxicity effect of each chemical for Chl-a and protein and finds that chlorobenzene has the most toxicity to Chl-a and protein, bringing much phaeophytin and effecting photosynthesis efficiency. Finally research on the structure-activity relationship, and found the connection between molecule parameters and toxic data, i.e. it got the QSAR equation : logl/EC50=0.2591ogKow+0.0655α-0.702 (n=6, R2=0.888, P=0.038<0.05 ) .
