| The essential of controlling dyeing process is to control the dye uptake rate.’Quantitive Controlling Rate of exhaustion,in this paper means that,according to the optimized pre-design dye uptake rate,it’s possible to auto control the dyeing parameters in order to make the online dyeing uptake rate equal to the pre-designed dye uptake rate in the exhaust dyeing.The article researches the method for quantitive controlling dye uptake rate in wool dyeing with multi-segment temperature program.One of purposes to control dyeing process is to obtain good levelness.Levelness is very important to colorist.The unlevel dyeing fabric maybe have a worse effect than color error.When the unlevel dyeing happens,it should re-dye.That would waste dyes,auxiliaries and reduce efficiency of dyeing facilities.In the exhaust dyeing,with sufficient flow of dyeing liquor,the most important factor to obtain levelness is to control proper dye uptake rate.Generally,during the dyeing process,the methods,like heating-control,injection-control,levelness agent,is to obtain fabric levelness and right color.Essentially,it is the result of controlling dyeing dye uptake rate.This article use wool to research quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion.The ’S’ exhaustion curve of wool general dyeing has an obvious peak.Unlevelness problem happens easily around the peak.This paper is to research constant controlling rate of exhaustion.This controlling dyeing would avoid or reduce levelness agent during dyeing process.While lowering environment pollution,the dyeing time is similar to the general dyeing time in order to keep efficient and clean produce.According to the principle of wool dyeing,this article use nonlinear change of temperature to achieve quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion.In the article,we design the method of quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion for acid dye with deducing the relative theory and assemble the online monitor dyeing facility.Lots of experiences must be done to obtain fundamental data for controlling dye uptake rate.The data is used to deduce the controlling temperature point and time point in the dyeing process.It can achieve quantitive or half-quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion utilizing our created dyeing facility.In terms of the controlling methods,based on dyeing kinetic,dye uptake rate is relative to dyeing temperature and ratio of dye concentration in the fiber and dye concentration in the liquor,Ve=F(T,[Ds]/[Df]).[Ds]/[Df]is a function of exhaustion.So dye uptake rate is a function of dyeing temperature and exhaustion,Vc=G(T,E).Using single variable analysis,we design two methods of collecting and calculating parameter for quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion,named linear heating dyeing method and constant temperature dyeing method.Collecting the real experiences data,we can calculate the curve of exhaustion rate,temperature and exhaustion.Then the temperature cure of quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion can be obtained.It can succeed in controlling quantitive rate of exhaustion for one faintly acid dye and three Lanaset dyes.Based on the experiences,it’s obvious that constant temperature dyeing method has a wider controlling result than linear heating dyeing method.As dye initial concentration has influence on dye uptake rate.So the influence of dye weight should also be researched.There is some difference in quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion among dye weight of 0.5%.1%and 2.0%(o.w.f).This would affect the application of constant temperature dyeing method.It’s necessary to improve the designed method to widen its adaptive capacity.The results of all research indicate that,without chemical agent,it’s possible to achieve quantitive controlling rate of exhaustion utilizing the nonlinear temperature change in wool dyeing process.This would be a new clear-produce development direction for dyeing. |
